Came in to buy balloons for a business event. I got in line and told Regina the cashier that I needed 15 balloons, immediately she said that why don’t I just grab the ones on the floor, I said because those are birthday and 4th of July balloons that’s not what I need. She rolled her eyes, threw her hands up in the air like a child throwing a tantrum and said well I can’t get them. I told her well you sell them so it’s not my fault. Gets on the phone then an African American lady from the back office comes out ready to hit me, irate and very aggressive. They both can’t believe I needed that many balloons. She tells me they are out of one of the colors, hands me the balloons, I told her thank you very much, she rolls her eyes and storms off to her back office. I have never been to a store where they get mad for wanting to buy something that they sell. I was treated horrible not only by Regina but by this other lady which I’m assuming is the manager. Please train your people to have some respect for your customers. If they don’t like their job maybe it’s time for them to go do something else.

Not well stocked or organized. Nice staff though, I was about to walk out after standing in line for a couple of minutes, but a crew member saw me and opened up another register.
