“We've been looking for a sectional sofa for months and were considering one at Bob's Discount Furniture for $3000. We decided to look at Big Lots and found a brand new one called the Chandler that we loved. Immediately, we had a manager asking if we needed assistance and although she didn't know much about that sofa, because it was new, she did everything she could to find out the details. There was a 20% off coupon we were able to use and they even helped load the boxes in our truck. After two trips, we got the sectional home and found out it was the wrong color. We brought it back to the store (luckily we lived 5 minutes away) and the furniture manager was extremely sorry and offered to give us an additional 10% off. We didn't fault them at all because we knew it was a newer piece and the boxes didn't include the color (the one we wanted was light gray and the one we got was a slightly darker gray). We were able to exchange it and after all the discounts, it was 1/3 of the cost of the one at Big Lots. It's super comfortable and modular so we can reconfigure it if we have company over. This was the best furniture buying experience we've ever had!Update: Because the sofa is modular, we were able to purchase two additional sections to make it even bigger!”
