My wife scheduled an appointment for today and received appointment confirmation. She showed up and registered at the kiosk and waited half an hour and no one acknowledged her presence, never got any indication that anyone was there, knew she was there, or was going to get to her eventually. So, she left upset and frustrated having wasted her time and still not feeling well since she didn't get to see or talk to anyone about her issue.

Messed up multiple prescriptions.2x time I had to argue for 15minutes about an overcharge of $100.Many times I was told to call the insurance company for just simple birth control.They were also completely out of eye drops and all alternatives prior to my eye surgery. I almost had to cancel the procedure until we switched pharmacies.

Unlike other reviewers, I’ve never had an issue here. The store has recently been remodeled and is nice inside, the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful, and they’ll expedite your pharmacy order if you show up early. I usually prefer to go with local family pharmacies but enjoy using this cvs.

I had a problem with the computer to print out my pictures the Manger and the younger lady came to help and we were out of there in minutes.They were nice Ana very helpful. Thank you CVS teams

As usual, CVS as a company, is trash.Sent my refill notification 10 days ago, only to have them wait to do anything until the night before delivery was scheduled. Which means, there's absolutely no way it would have made it on time anyway.I have absolutely hated dealing with CVS from all facets of the organization and do not understand why something ALWAYS happens- and it's always the consumers fault.Don't tell me that the 10 days notice I had provided via the channel you prefer, was inadequate.Yet again. . . They've never been here for the customer. They get paid regardless, so who cares, right ? ?

The pharmacy closed their curtains on me for their lunch break at 1:30 even though I was in line before. No one was behind me either. Their text message never said anything about them closing for lunch at this time.

Extremely unhelpful pharmacist who acted like I was wasting his time and basically told me to take my business elsewhere. End of conversation. Brilliant customer service, simply dazzling. Try to get your prescriptions filled anywhere but here.

The front of store cashier,Kathleen is awesome!she set me up with rain check for my vitamins so I was able to take advantage of buy 1 get 1 free.I love her great personality and awesome customer service skills.

I went here for a workplace wellness/biometric screening. I am very squeamish with needles. The nurse (my summary says her name is Lauren) was so, so, compassionate. She asked what I need to be comfortable. She gave me a calming breathing exercise and put on music, and made sure I didn’t see the needle. She was so helpful in explaining what my results mean and taking the time necessary to review everything. I can’t recommend her enough. ❤️

This is the most disorganized, inefficient POS pharmacy I have ever experienced. Every aspect of my experience was horrible. Any manager with a modicum of intelligence would know to stagger lunch breaks for gods sake it took them 3 hours to fill a simple prescription, and the they could not provide the most important part.
