Absolute horrible experience!!! everything had to be transferred from Rite Aid due to them closing. They didn’t run the insurance correctly, so my insulin wasn’t processed correctly and I was told” I don’t know what to tell you, call your insurance company” per ColinI replied with that was no freaking help and hung up. I got a call back stating “ They did not build the insurance correctly. It is ready for pick up, however since I was abusive to their staff they were canceling my prescription and refused to sell my already filled insulin and told me to have another Pharmacy call them” and they’ll transfer it over to the new Pharmacy! I’ve had multiple issues in person and over the phone over the last week and now this… Thank God giant saved the day!!!

Had a schedule at their “minute clinic.” Checked in right on time and was still waiting to see someone a half hour later with no idea how much longer I’d be waiting. What was more infuriating was the fact that they chatting and laughing on the other side of the door like they were catching up. I’m ok if you take your time, but it’s respectful if you don’t take mine. This is not a doctors office. So yes, I have a different expectation.

My daughter went to the minute clinic and received a prescription via the pharmacy. The pharmacist claimed the medication was not covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they said a claim was never filed and the medication was indeed covered. Difference of about $30. That being said I had to file my own claim for reimbursement. So beware, the pharmacist is lazy AF and will make assumptions about your insurance and competence when you question him.

My family trusted this pharmacy with our family Rx - but they cannot seem to get things together. We had to contact our doctor three times over the course of a week. My wife watched the doctor put in the prescription- but two days later she called and this pharmacy claims they had no record of it.

My wife scheduled an appointment for today and received appointment confirmation. She showed up and registered at the kiosk and waited half an hour and no one acknowledged her presence, never got any indication that anyone was there, knew she was there, or was going to get to her eventually. So, she left upset and frustrated having wasted her time and still not feeling well since she didn't get to see or talk to anyone about her issue.

Messed up multiple prescriptions.2x time I had to argue for 15minutes about an overcharge of $100.Many times I was told to call the insurance company for just simple birth control.They were also completely out of eye drops and all alternatives prior to my eye surgery. I almost had to cancel the procedure until we switched pharmacies.

Unlike other reviewers, I’ve never had an issue here. The store has recently been remodeled and is nice inside, the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful, and they’ll expedite your pharmacy order if you show up early. I usually prefer to go with local family pharmacies but enjoy using this cvs.

Please save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. I spoke with several people and they all told me different things regarding my prescription. There is no sense of urgency here. Phone line also is very useless and unnecessary.

Everytime I go here, there’s an issue. My scripts are not complete in a timely manner. Incorrect scripts are filled. Or the technicians are rude. When I picked up my last script, the girl very kind but confused and pharmacist was not assisting her with any questions or concern's. The staff there should be helping one another learn. Secondly, today I went in for a minute clinic visit. Scheduled ahead. And waited 30 minutes. The PA came out and informed me as well as someone waiting before me and after me that all off our visits would be set back 30-40 minutes. I understand that things happen, but watching 2 others have to wait that have already been waiting long enough was unbearable. I left and went to another clinic. Was in and out within the same 30 minutes I would have been waiting.

Per usual. Wasting my time with your incompetence. How is my prescription ready when I call in. But when I get there 3 hours later it's not ready.

Worst cvs in the area. I hate going to this one with a burning passion. Just switched over even if i have to drive further because it's worth it
