Very bad experience. I called the facility around 12 pm for a state inspection for my car and they said their technicians are going for lunch and return by 2 pm so I scheduled it for 2 pm. They took almost 2 hours to find out that lot of repairs on my car and the passing of the inspection can be done only after repairs of the car costs around $2,044. I paid 95 dollars a to diagonize the issue. The renewal of the car registration is still under blues. The lady at the front desk was nice and customer service oriented. I will never visit the facility again.

Friendly, honest people that actually have the customer’s best interest in mind. The receptionist was lovely, and the guy who did our inspection (on a very old car that we knew was in rough shape and had low expectations going in) was as honest and straightforward as they come. We asked for an oil change and repairs estimate to get it to pass, but they called us up to tell us that the problems were worse than we thought and the repairs would be beyond the value of the car so they wanted to check with us before proceeding with the oil change so as not to waste our money in case we decided it wasn’t worth it to us to fix it up. They didn’t have to do that, but it was really thoughtful and we did in fact decline the oil change and we went right out that day and bought a new vehicle. We were way overdue anyway, this was just the final push we needed to go through with it. Anything we need in the future we’ll be coming to them for sure, but if you’re wondering if you should trust them, DO IT.
PS - the previous owner did the horrible “repairs” I swear it wasn’t us, we just purchased REALLY rushed and carelessly a couple years ago and noticed everything after it was too late lol.

Booked appointment online at my convenience and received confirmation email. Staff was friendly and ensured my car would be diagnosed first thing as I had a 12:00pm deadline. They called me with their diagnosis and for my approval to proceed. Car was ready by 10:00am.

I just recently moved in town and in state! I had to get a state inspection in order to register my car and came here! Linsey is soo kind and helpful! Amazing customer service and a sweet genuine person. She helped me soo much and went above and beyond! The mechanics are also so kind and friendly and helpful! I know where I will go no if my car needs anything. Thank you so much Cranberry auto team!

For being a chick, I can’t complain. The receptionist is exceptional on following up, producing quotes, communicating with mechanics and truthfully with clients.
I’ve always been able to chat with a mechanic if I have questions, and they’ve always been straight up and honest.
Just a good auto shop, like them old days ☺️

I’ve had really good experiences at Cranberry Auto that felt personalized and not of a generic auto shop. The quotes I received there have been fair and the work gets done on a timely manner. Overall, the staff are super friendly, courteous, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend bringing your car(s) there!

Excellent service from the front office girl to the mechanic who worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with the AC. Wonderful experience and car running great pricing very reasonable better than going to dealership. The only negative would be lack of shuttle to the mall while they have the car all day.

Thanks to everyone at Cranberry Auto Service Center! I now have colder AC that I haven’t had in years. I’m sorry to say that the other shop I’ve been going to for years told me the temperature coming out of the vents was the correct temperature. I know it wasn’t working correctly. Btw, they got me in and out quickly. Thanks again!!
