Everytime I go into the Westminster location they're rude and I hate asking for help, I'll just leave instead of asking. Plus, I just went by today, 9/24/23, around 130 pm and they were closed but they're suppose to open at noon. Even Google said they were open.

I always get nice people when I go here. They are informative and eager to help out. I find that the shelves sometimes have limited stock, so I would say 50% of the time I order off line.

It is close to where I live and work. The employees could not be any friendlier or helpful. I have questions and the find me answers if they don't know already. I go instead of a sales rep. Oh that's right..she terminated her services to me since I like going to Cosmo prof instead.

I am so sick of Cosmo. I go to the Salisbury location that is Always out of Goldwell color and various things. Was in Westminster and decided to go to the store there. Unbelievable. That store is worse than Salisbury. How can a store that supplies to professionals be out of Anything!! We depend on you. Very frustrating

I feel like I always have an issue with something here. Nothing crazy but I feel that the employees are not well trained and are unable to answer questions correctly.
