Carroll fuel takes over where the old sheetz was in Westminster on Main Street. This store does a good job and meets your needs that you would expect out of a gas station. Staff is very nice and so far they have done a good job at preventing people from hanging out there. My biggest complaint when this place was Sheetz was all the people that would hang out and cause trouble. Seems to be a non issue so far with the new owners.
