i’ve been bringing my dogs here for a couple years now and honestly would never go anywhere else. from the love and compassion i received when i had to let my sweet nizmo go, to the care my current boys, bucky and hammy receive, there’s no other vets office that compares. when nizmo was hospitalized before she passed, the staff would text me pictures and updates because they know how much i loved her and how hard it was for me to leave her there for observation. the staff is always patient and kind and walks you through everything. i know i can always count on them and they give a thorough but affordable diagnosis and they are always honest. i cannot recommend this place enough and thanks to the staff and doctors for all your hard work. it definitely does not go unnoticed!

Very nice experience. Clean and neat facility, plenty of upfront parking and staff are very helpful and exhibit great customer service. Both veterinarians that I have seen are both wonderful! Will continue to go back. Oh! They were reasonably priced and didn't cost me a fortune just for a well visit. I would highly recommend them.

as a purely honest review, i used to really enjoy bringing my 8 year old husky mix here for routine care, as well as emergency visits. Now my husky has an autoimmune condition called lupoid onchyodystrophy. this means her nails grow separated from the quik and are extremely weak and brittle. this last issue, she snapped a nail at the base by jumping off the bed.a few examples that have made me distrustful and unhappy with the care that is provided by this clinic include but are not limited to:my dog was sedated in order to dremmel her nails, which was great except she was given back to me unable to walk. i myself am disabled and was not able to carry my 65lb dog BY MYSELF into my home.also, everytime she was there and needed picked up i had to call to see if she was ready, and every time it was almost near close as if they tried to have her overnight.another issue was i inquired about having my pembroke welsh corgi, at a weight of 33lbs in for a neuter. for this i was told it would be 950 dollars. i took him else where and paid less than 200, got disolvable stitches and he healed quickly and wonderfully.next, and the most infuriating. for the last 6-7 years dr. wimmer gave us one treatment to try which we did to no avail, which thats okay things like that happen. thats not the issue. every visit after i asked repeatedly if there was anything to try, new treatments etc. and was explicitly told no by dr. wimmer. since then i have taken abby to a new vet here in hanover for this most recent issue, and was ecstatic with the care, not only did they sedate her and give her to me able to walk, called me in a timely manner, they even offered THREE treatment options and they were explained in detail. we have since begun treatment and abby is doing so much better, and in less pain.in my opinion dr. wimmer is only in it for the money and does not truly care for the animals in her care. she let my girl suffer rather than research and offer care, that was offered immediately elsewhere

My family have been bringing our fur children here since 2020. The staff were always top-notch and explained everything extremely well. However, our last visit I saw a village helping my boy get well. When he went in he was so impacted and in pain. The lady’s were gentle and caring with both, him and me as they went above and beyond proving service to us.The sense of unity, belonging, and care given that this office is astounding. I

My Frenchie, Beauregard (Beau) recently became a patient at this practice. Over the last 5 months Beau has been uncontrollably panting, particularly at night. On his first visit, he saw Dr. Wimmer and she diagnosed him with joint issues. For about 2 and a half months, his pain seemed to be under control, but about a week ago, he resumed panting. Bulldog breeds pant anyway, but this panting continued thru the night. No one was getting any sleep. On very short notice, Dr. Allison agreed to see Beau yesterday and she performed various X-rays and determined that Beau has extensive joint issues and arthritis. She prescribed two prescription protocols which seem to be working but will have to wait to see full benefits. Beki, the vet tech who worked with Beau is fabulous. She gave him an injection and performed some laser therapy on Beau’s back and hips. Beau normally doesn’t cosy up to anyone at the vets, but this is not the case with Beki and I believe she is his new girlfriend. I am willing to do almost anything that helps Beau’s pain and I am impressed with this practice because they offer some cutting edge alternatives to help with a dog’s orthopedic pain. Great staff and a pleasant and CLEAN facility.Unfortunately Beau’s health concerns were more serious than what we first thought. His breathing and panting were so labored we decided that Beau should go to the Rainbow Bridge and wait for his Poppy and Mom. Dr. Allison and our vet tech, Beki carried out the steps for Beau’s passing in a humane and caring way. Their consoling meant so much to me and my partner. I have owned three bully breeds over a 20 year span and have made my way through many vet practices and I assure you this clinic is the best and is deservant of 5+ stars.

From the girls at the front desk to the vet tech (Maddie) and dear Dr Allison...Kudos to you all. Ours was an emergency case. It only took me 5 minutes to decide I wanted them as his regular vet team. You sure won't be disappointed...
