Sweaters are the only thing I need dry cleaned, my husband took them with his dry cleaning. We got them home and not only do they charge an insane amount for a sweater, they stunk afterwards, and one of the sweaters came home with over 10 holes and 4 inches longer than when we dropped it off. Had a dress altered and it was ruined for the wedding which was on new years eve. Called store and the lady wanted to fix it after telling her the wedding was over and I wanted a refund she just kept telling me to bring it in to fix. Doesnt want to refund me the money for the dress.

First time using these guys and I put them through the ringer. Gum smeared into a fancy lace dress, torn lace at the bottom of a blowse, and a big oil blotch in the middle of a dark blue blowse. All came back stain-free, repaired, and in good condition. 6 days, including repairs. A bit on the pricey side, but they saved a few of my favorite outfits, so I can't complain. Friendly. Straight-forward. I'll be back.

I have been using Care Cleaners in Westminster for 5 years. I've not had a problem with their service, quality or time to clean. They've never once damaged a garment (5 shirts a week for 5 years, do the math). I read three poor reviews and felt compelled to add a positive review for a service that has done me well for so long. I figure cleaners are autonimous. If they clean without issue, nobody notices. Once they fail one time everyone screams "to arms!". I'm just saying, for me over 1000 shirts and a few pants (I can wash pants without wrinkling them so they don't get my pants business) and the occasional suit or sportcoat they are fine.
