Bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment for a fairly priced 4runner and after taking all of my info was told they couldn't sell it because they didn't have the title yet. (Pictures of the 4runner online were taken at least 2 months prior and nowhere to be seen on the preowned lot). I told them I was in no hurry and could wait for the title and they offered a jeep cherokee instead and I was interested, but without telling me the price they proceeded to their little cubicle leaving me waiting for 45 minutes while they pulled my credit report for a $10k loan on a vehicle valued at $6k. Upon telling them I wasn't going to pay almost double the value of a vehicle as well as an insanely high interest rate (which I would accept having bad credit) the manager said I might as well "bite the bullet" because of my bad credit. Not to mention the whispers of "well what are we going to do" when informing them I needed a tow vehicle (which they barely had besides the 4runner).

I had a problem with my 6 year old vehicle and initially scheduled a service appointment only to be fed up with vehicle warranties and social media posts that included my existing model on the hot list so I decided to inquire about leasing a new vehicle which isn't on the hot list and I am glad I did because Bernadette was awesome she answered most of my questions and was extremely helpful when I told her what model vehicle I was exactly interested in acquiring and she made it happen but in a different trim level so kudos to her for relieving me of the stress I had over those concerns and now I have a newer vehicle without the hassle of having to get my prior vehicle serviced. The new vehicle model is excellent too as I went from a sub compact sedan to a small SUV so thank you to Bernadette who is a friendly salesperson

I just bought a telluride on Tuesday but headed there for a Carnival. They gave me a price no one could believe and even my local Kia dealer told me to go buy that one. There was just something though that made it hard to commit to the Carnival. Nothing on their part. I told them I might have changed my mind after they started the process and they were very nice. Showed me some other vehicles. Being torn between the Carnival and now the Telluride she was patient answered all my questions and even shared her opinion when asked. Finally I couldn’t make a decision and was going to sleep on it. The sales manager then offered me a deal on the Telluride that sealed the deal and I was out in less than a half an hour. I was there for a long time trying to make this decision and they were patient and helpful through the whole process. I cannot say enough good things. If I decide my next vehicle to be a Kia I will be back and if you are looking for a Kia give them a chance. You won’t be sorry. See Bernadette.

Drove in from out of state, hoping I could trust the reviews and the salesperson I spoke to over the phone (Nathan), and they did not disappoint! Used vehicle was exactly as described, and service at the dealer was great. The building and lot could use a facelift, but don't let that deter you - it fits the vibe of the small town.

If I could give zero I would. Good customer service to get you to buy a car and that is where it stops. I bought a 2021 Jeep Rubicon 4 x E. Chris the salesperson and the finance manager both failed to inform me there was an open recall on it for the EV battery pack. A dangerous recall that was on it due to them catching fire while being parked and could catch fire. Although that didn't happen I got to drive it about six days and the entire vehicle stopped working due to this recall. Called Chris who was supposed to call back and didn't so I called him. Was told him nor the sales manager would do anything. He gave me another number to call. Have called twice with no return phone call. Chris said they wouldn't do anything since it was a recall and wasn't loosing any money. Although gas costs more than electric and I'm paying for a car I can't even drive. Asked for a loaner car and was denied that as well. This car was practically new. A 2021 with only 22000 miles on it and it has now set waiting for a battery for over a month with no care from Buchannon Kia. Chris the sales rep even bragged at how there cars are really inspected and that is why the can put a 10 year 100000 mile warranty on there used cars yet claims nobody even knew about a recall. Sorry but due better. This is a serious imposition for your customer especially with the price tag that you pay for a car. Guess I'm glad that it didn't catch fire like the recall said and burn down my house.
