My opinion ONLY, Big Lots is the best store that was ever opened anywhere. PERIOD!!!! The store employees are far best some of the kind hearted people I've come across in the Hickory Hill area. They are always working, doing what worker's are supposed to be doing to get the job done. They will even leave their work area to find a product you might not be able to find yourself. If I could work with my pain, I would work for Big Lots, I'm sure the Company wouldn't let me work for FREE. So I guess I can't work. Thank You Big Lots!!

This is such a cool place to visit and I always love it! It has been a favorite of mine for many years.They have lovely furniture and just about anything else you may be looking for.Great prices and fun shopping,can't beat that!

We've been looking for a sectional sofa for months and were considering one at Bob's Discount Furniture for $3000. We decided to look at Big Lots and found a brand new one called the Chandler that we loved. Immediately, we had a manager asking if we needed assistance and although she didn't know much about that sofa, because it was new, she did everything she could to find out the details. There was a 20% off coupon we were able to use and they even helped load the boxes in our truck. After two trips, we got the sectional home and found out it was the wrong color. We brought it back to the store (luckily we lived 5 minutes away) and the furniture manager was extremely sorry and offered to give us an additional 10% off. We didn't fault them at all because we knew it was a newer piece and the boxes didn't include the color (the one we wanted was light gray and the one we got was a slightly darker gray). We were able to exchange it and after all the discounts, it was 1/3 of the cost of the one at Big Lots. It's super comfortable and modular so we can reconfigure it if we have company over. This was the best furniture buying experience we've ever had!Update: Because the sofa is modular, we were able to purchase two additional sections to make it even bigger!

This may be one of the best Big Lots I have been in. Very clean store and easy to navigate. Well organized!

I wish there would have been more gift sets to choose from, but overall, I love Big Lots. The prices are great and I like it when they have extra savings for Reward customers.

This is my favorite store in town. Great prices and selection. Especially if you sign up for their big lot rewards program. You save tons!! It's definitely worth checking it out.

First of all I love Big Lots, I've been a customer for over 10 years but I've never been to the one in Westminster. Went in looking for patio furniture and was greeted by an employee by telling me that they close in 15 minutes, I said hi and ok thanks. I look at the furniture and probably around 5 minutes there that same employee approached me and remind me that they we're about to close. There were other customers walking around the store hovewer this person didn't say anything to them. At that point I'm annoyed and extremely confused by the employee behavior, so I left. Is hard to tell why I was targeted like that, and I don't want to make any assumptions, but it was the first and last time I ever go into that Big Lots. This wasn't enough to get me to stop going to Big Lots however I prefer to go to one where I'm treated with some courtesy and I'm not followed with closing time reminders every 5 minutes.
