Exceptional Service from Nadine at the jewelry counter and Virginia in shoes. When Belk told us they would ship our packages home, the sale, the assistance from these 2 ladies and the prices were a perfect fit for our shopping trip! We ended up being in this store for 5 hours. Feel bad cause the rest of the mall didn’t get any of our money. LOL?.
Brahmin bags were 30% off. I specifically went to Atlanta to find this purse, ended up with 3.

The downfall to it all as of today, is that we have not received one of the packages. The sales lady we left it with to ship our packages was off yesterday, so we will try and reach her today. I will keep you updated.
We had an issue, which I can say was not their fault, but Marcus? In customer service tried to handle the situation for his namesake me, “Aunt G”, to no avail!
Prayerfully, we will get our package and I can make this a 5 star experience?
Update: We found the missing pieces. They were mixed in one of the other boxes.

Excellent quality merchandise. Abysmal customer service. Don't order on line.... you're responsible for Belk's errors. I emailed customer service a week ago and haven't received a response yet.

Hold onto your wallets, deal hunters! Belk's Outlet in Westminster is a treasure trove of discounts. I couldn't believe the prices on everything from name-brand clothes to home goods.

The pricing strategy here is wild, y’all. Almost everything is 75% off of the “original” price. However, the “original” price is simply a sticker placed over a clearance price. Not sure if this makes sense, or if it’s even legal. You can clearly see lower prices on the stickers underneath. At the end of the day, the actual prices are not even that great.
