I arrived at battery warehouse today & I initially thought I was going to have to purchase a new battery. An extremely nice lady met me at the counter & she took my battery to run a diagnostic she informed me that my vehicle battery didn't needed to be replaced & they would take it overnight to charge the battery at no cost .We've been using battery warehouse forever & we will continue using them. Great customer service & they stand behind there product. Thanks battery warehouse!!

Superior customer service. Chris was very knowledgeable and able to help me choose the exact battery for my specific application.
Chris helped me to understand why a deep cycle battery was better for my application. He allowed me time to think and make a decision without any sales pressure. Once I decided, he measured the battery voltage to give me batteries that will charge evenly together. Certainly not something I would expect from a box store and impossible from an online retailer like Amazon.
A great local resource that puts the customer first and is Kingdom focused. Oh and be sure to ask the million dollar question. Highly recommend!

I truly had a wonderful experience here. The team at the Westminster store was such a blessing to me! Not only were they super helpful and well informed, but they made the whole car battery replacement process easy and I was in and out in no time. They even installed the battery for me, which was much needed because I am not qualified to do so myself LOL. I was so excited to learn that they are a faith-based establishment and I am thankful that I found them! I will recommend them to anyone I know and I will be back for any future needs. Don't bother shopping around for watch batteries.
BW charges only $7 to install them, parts included, regardless of the style of the timepiece or the length of time required to do the job.

Been using them for years. At several occasions. Extremely helpful. Most recently needed a battery for a car that I am salvaging at the junkyard. When I posed that question to my salesman he gave me three options so I could choose what was best for my situation. Always nice to deal with. ??

Drove in, tested battery right away, new battery installed and on my way in less than 20 minutes. Very pleasant personnel and clean lobby.

Went in with a list, quick service, service person was very pleasant, prices were reasonable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with getting a new car battery! They always have what I need. Highly recommend them!!

I suspected my battery was heading towards its end of life, and was planning on getting it checked soon. It took me by surprise sooner than later and my car was about to shut off while sitting at a light in a busy intersection. I made it to the Battery Warehouse right down the road, and they took my car right in and started diagnostics. They replaced my battery while I was sitting in the car. I was in and out within about 10 minutes- fantastic service! Pricing was fair as well. So grateful Battery Warehouse was right down the road in my moment of need, highly recommend.
