There is a Manager (very short, very overweight, speech impediment having, Caucasian Man) who needs to be taught manners and etiquette. It’s unfortunate that even in this day and time we’re still dealing with people who have been placed in leadership rolls…NOT LEADING, NOT MANAGING, NOT SERVING—but rather being arrogant, condescending, and the worst as I see it….Sarcastic—and trying to hide it with satire. I’m in the business of doing business and I know that as long as I have Bank of America as My Banking Institution…the Westminster Location will never see me nor my husbands business again.

Ridiculous Service! No doubt how they earned such bad ratings and reviews. Also they are completely running with different rules and regulations than other branches of BOA. Wonder how ! Manager earned a zero star !

We went a few hours ago to fix an issue with them, and as soon as we came in they we giving us dirty looks and were hesitant to help us, mind you, we are Hispanic/latino. And they quickly helped others and they gave us attitude. Will be switching to another bank just because of that.

Terrible service, used drive up ATM, took my card and check, didn’t give it back, some error. Went inside, told me to call 800 number. Useless workers, what’s the point of a Bank of America atm if it’s being maintained by a third party?

If I could give zero stars I would. Opened an account went to make my initial deposit once I got my debit card. As I pulled up one drive through atm was out of service so I pull back around to the other drive through atm put the cash in and it took all my cash and then said it couldn't deposit it or refund it went inside with my receipt for claims and they said nothing they can do call the 800 number ,and now my money is in limbo for up to 45 buisness days. Best believe on the 45th day this account will be closed and I will NEVER bank with Bank of America ever again! So glad I never switched my paychecks to this thieving dump! On top of that good luck ever getting a hold of someone at the branch over the phone called three times and the automated system says call again later no one can answer at this time. As if that isn't enough to stay clear of this bank if you call the customer service number you can't talk to anyone without verifying via text message or mobile app. So if you have no computer or cell phone good luck ever getting help period.

If I could not leave any stars I would this bank is the worst my account has been hacked 3 times so far will never bank with them again if you value your money I would advise others to bank somewhere else the staff are not welcoming at all

I have been here several times. The wait time if you want to go inside and see a teller during your lunch break is usually between 15 minutes on a good day to 35 minutes on a bad day. To make matters worse, they just recently remodeled the inside to include only two teller windows. There is typically only one teller working and therefore things go too slowly. Before you know it, you will have been waiting in line for a half hour. I feel bad for the tellers though, because it is not their fault that they are understaffed and overworked. This is likely a corporate/top management problem with Bank of America Inc.. I'll go bank online, elsewhere. Thanks for reading.
