The receptionists were great. Very friendly and provided great customer service. Once me and the pup got into the patient room, it became a series of sales pitches for their “plan”. Between the assistant and doctor, I must have been pitched and refused the plan a dozen times. Also, incredibly slow service. Almost an hour and a half. Never going back.

Very pleasant experience as a first time visitor. My 1 year rescue Lab mix felt welcomed and cared for. The staff are warm and accommodating. Sam fell in love with Lupe, he's such a charmer... And my friend Karen is a hugger :)

If I could give zero stars , I would. I love the staff here. The Vets leave something to be desired. I brought my dog in for an emegency . They made the apt for 430 knowing my dog had broken a nail and possible paw , perhaps his toe was broken and the nail embedded in the paw. The vet ( won't mention her name) actually looked and said" yes it appears the toes are going in the wrong direction. Come in in 2 days and we will xray. " She sent my dog home with probable broken toes for 2 days. They made that emergency Vist for 430 that afternoon and then sent him home because it was " time to go home" . I'm actually horrified. A vet practice that gives you a late enough emergency visit and then says come back in 2 days....... not even tomorrow. My dog has cried for 2 days and now I have to go see these Vets who seem, in my opinion, to care very little for animals and more about their pockets and time. One vet, who is no longer with this service actually said to me when I commented on the price of services, and I quote........... " do you know how much Vet school costs? " I would advise anytime you go to this vet, get a second opinion and make sure it's not an emegency or make the apt months in advance. . Unfortunatly, I can't leave until my contract is up with their care program. I assure you I will leave them when it is. Again, let me say, their front of the house staff is AMAZING!!! Unfortunately their Vets are horrible and not very good at even diagnoses. . Perhaps they should have paid more for Vet school and they would be better doctors.

Our beloved Roxy the Great had a bowel obstruction and we were completely helpless when we found out her surgery would be 6 to 8k.We talked about putting her down or surrendering her. We cried and even took her newfy sister to say goodbye but one of the local vets suggested trying this place that works with people who are financially struggling.Well I can't say how thankful and appreciative we are! They saved our baby's life! And it was very affordable! These people are angels!

I am normally highly recommending of this Banfield Office but I have not had the best experiences with newer doctors they have there these past 3 visits. I do not like a doctor that is skid-dish when it comes to working with animals. I understand you want to be cautious but when you show fear and I can see it then the dogs can definitely sense that.

My beloved 16th years old Shnauzer, Dalí needed and urgent appointment and after other Banfield clinics denied me to see my dog due to lack of space for an appointment, this staff supported me and opened a space to see my dog in a critical moment. Unfortunately, days later, we decided to put Dalí to sleep. A couple of days later, I received a sympathy card signed by all the staff. I will always be grateful for the empathic support, and my Dalí will always be grateful. These people are not humans. They are angels ? ?.

When I was originally offered a “wellness plan” with monthly payments, I was skeptical, but am now quite satisfied. The plan is cost-effective because it covers the semiannual exams for which I normally paid $300-500, plus all vaccines and teeth cleanings w/sedation. They call to remind me when she is due for vaccines, etc. My dog’s medical record/vaccines is easily shared with other clinics, dog boarders, etc through their phone app. Banfield has been a good investment in my dog’s health. My dog loves also the staff, which is remarkable because I have literally had to chase after her running away from other vet clinics!

The people at the front desk are always new. If your dog has any energy they recommend drugging your dog before arriving.
