I received great customer service from Shiela and Ian they were friendly, knowledgeable and explained every detail about my vehicles services. I have been to multiple Mercedes dealerships and had terrible experiences. Coming to Mercedes Specialist was a much better experience than I had expected. They not only looked into the concern regarding a screeching noise when I would turn my tires but they also found the cause of it which was overlooked by multiple Mercedes dealership servicing departments. They are highly reliable and trust worthy! I highly recommend coming to them. I definitely will be coming back for future services!β

βFriendly, honest people that actually have the customerβs best interest in mind. The receptionist was lovely, and the guy who did our inspection (on a very old car that we knew was in rough shape and had low expectations going in) was as honest and straightforward as they come. We asked for an oil change and repairs estimate to get it to pass, but they called us up to tell us that the problems were worse than we thought and the repairs would be beyond the value of the car so they wanted to check with us before proceeding with the oil change so as not to waste our money in case we decided it wasnβt worth it to us to fix it up. They didnβt have to do that, but it was really thoughtful and we did in fact decline the oil change and we went right out that day and bought a new vehicle. We were way overdue anyway, this was just the final push we needed to go through with it. Anything we need in the future weβll be coming to them for sure, but if youβre wondering if you should trust them, DO IT.
PS - the previous owner did the horrible βrepairsβ I swear it wasnβt us, we just purchased REALLY rushed and carelessly a couple years ago and noticed everything after it was too late lol.β
βJimmy and his team of pros have always taken the best of care for our vehicles. No problem is too big or too small for them to handle. Nobody wants to go to the repair shop but if you must go there's no one I trust more to get my vehicle fixed right and to keep my family safe while driving.
