Mary Anne in new car sales is a consummate pro. That said, there certainly is a lot to despise about the care dealership industry. The industry's reputation for trickery and deception is legendary. Everything is an upsell and if you know that, you won't be surprised or frstrated when they spin that stuff out on you. They can't help themselves - its what they do. So is Koons Toyota a perfect business - no. No car dealership can be - its inrinsic to that industry. But a savvy consumer will be well-treated and sold quality good and services at a competitive price. Maybe not the cheapest price - but be honest - sometimes you win the battle and lose the war by storming out over $200 or something. The industry will get you somehow - it just does.”
