If you are going to have every light on in the store and hours posted that say that you are open until 8, maybe you stay open until 8? I realize that there can be circumstances outside of your control, but maybe put up a sign? As I got into my car (after walking to and from the store n the rain), I saw another customer wasting his time making the same trek that I had just made.

Waited hours for help. Was told we were next yet the guy went to another person. I even helped an elderly man with his phone because of how bad everything was. We were there hours while others were in and out. I knew the phone I needed and had everything ready. On top of that, the employee sold me this insurance claiming it covered all electronics in my home with no deductible. Paid this for months when my one phone started saying it was charging but wasn't. Found out I DID have a deductible. Also there was a promotion going on that the phone I traded in I would get the phone I wanted for free. Well after paying 1st 3 installments. I was charged for the phone. I called att. They said that it would be applied a month later with a credit for the 4th month. I didn't get either. Now they are saying I have to wait another month for my credits when I should NOT have even tried to contact AT&T about this issue at a as it should have immediately went into effect. I shouldn't have to pay for someone else's mistakes. I also believed the person who said it would be in effect the 5th month. I've been on the phone AGAIN for over 2 hours now to fight for what I shouldn't even be fighting for and should have been taken care of back when I traded in my phone. I am beyond pissed with AT&T and the westminster store as I wasn't told the truth or their employee was not properly trained. I don't like to leave bad reviews but because of all this mess I am leaving a bad review. GO elsewhere and be sure to ask LOTS of questions. It feels like I am being taken advantage of. When a company gives you their word, they should stand by it.

I went in to find out some information. I've been a lifelong Track Phone user with service from Straight Talk at Walmart. I'm also not very techy. But for Christmas, I wanted a SMART watch that could receive calls, text, and work like a regular phone without having to carry another phone with you to work. I heard AT&T provides this kind of service. When we went in there were no other customers in the store. The gentleman, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, but had short curly dark hair and glasses was initiatially very helpful. However, I was still a little confused on how it worked, so I said, "I don't understand," and like a light switch, he flipped. "Well, I'm done explaining it to you. I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to explain it to you, and you still don't get it. So have a good evening and goodnight." I was quite startled and asked, "Did I somehow offend you?" "Nope, I'm just done trying to explain something you can't get." I am trying to continue to be nice and said," Will you please go over it just once more with me?" "No!", he said. At this point, I was appalled. Truly appalled. I said, "That really doesn't sound much like customer service to me." He said, "I'm not customer service, I work on commission." So I then asked, "Who did you work for?" He said, "AT&T." I then elaborated, "I mean who is your direct manager?" He said the store manager. I said, "May I please have their name and number?" He said, "No." " Excuse me." I asked, " Did you say no?" Again he repeated, "NO." I really want to make a formal complaint about him but I can't. I truly have never ever been so rudely spoken to, ever. I was considering spending a grand to get a bew phone and watch and phone number and going through all kinds of hassles to change my personal information that has been the same for 30 years. But no commission for him. I'm going to jeep my track ohone and use my Christmas money on a washer. I will never ever use this business thanks to this non customer service rep who I wish no ill tiward but doesnt deserve to keep his job. It would be 0 stars if it were an option.

First I stopped by, just before closing, to just get some fact-finding done. Matt & Zack were very informative, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very happy to see Matt's familiar face the next day after I decided our plan of action to replace a phone. Despite being the only person working (and with a decent line of customers), Matt was patient and thorough with every customer. I was super impressed with him - 5 Star Service - would totally seek him out again to service our business account. Great job!

Just had the best customer experience at the Westminster location. Matt was super knowledgeable, patient and informative when came to upgrading my phone.Had to lock him in my phone as a contact because good help is hard to find! I highly recommend if you stop by and ask for Matt for you Att&t needs!

I recently visited AT&T in Westminster and was greeted with a smile by Matthew. He immediately got up and approached me, asking about my day and how he could be of assistance. I came in for a few questions about my phone and ended up adding a new line for my daughter and getting myself an Apple Watch plus a free one! Will definitely be returning.

Upon arrival on Tuesday to search for a new phone, I was greeted by Zachary. He apologized for having me wait but I hadn't been inside for more then minute! He was very helpful in setting me up with my new Samsung and I wish only the best for him as he was an amazing manager to speak to!

This place is a joke! I wouldn't even call it a "Store" because there's nobody there to help you. You walk in and all of the customers look lost. Nobody knows what is going on! Is there a line? Do I need an appointment? Do I take a number? Is it self service? Why are there people hanging out on a couch? Is there really only one employee helping people? It's INSANE!
