Positives:-Melissa, dental hygenist explained what she was looking for very thoroughly.-dental hygenist assistant-X ray technicianNegative:-There’s a lot of team members, but it seems like the office is very disorganized. I could have been in and out in 30 min, but because of all the unnecessary wait, it took me 1 and a half hour-X ray was quick—although if you look at the bite wings provided, it did not look sanitary. It had bitemarks all over the uncovered part. After that, teammates were not prompt. I had to meet so many teammates and was passed on to so many teammates.-After exam, I was told to wait in the “lobby,” there was nobody to talk to. I ended up leaving.-I am now trying to get a hold of them and nobody is answering their phone.Zero for customer serviceNote: When calling, do not press 2 (existing patient). The people at the office (will hang up on you). Best to dial 1 (for new patient) and have the general customer representative connect you and if not, she will request the manager to give you a call

Edited: 3 months later, finding a new dentist. They have cancelled my last 3 cleaning appointments 24 hours before (or when I show up) and it is not worth rescheduling, especially when no one seems to get seen at their appointment time.Original:Seems to have staffing and scheduling issues at this location. Cancelled my second appt without telling me (despite many confirmation texts), didn’t find out until I asked what room I go to next. Got told “we are really busy today” as to why my back to back got cancelled and got rescheduled 3 weeks out. I have been left in a dark waiting room for 30 minutes the two times I’ve been there, and completely forgotten about. Hygienist was great, office staff is nice and try to help, but it clearly needs more staff or to limit daily appts.

Personnel was kind and efficient. My dentist was receptive and made me feel better about my dental situation. As with all offices, things take time and I’m super inpatient, so waiting was what made me give 4 stars instead of 5

What I'm waiting for: -- my permanent partials from the impressions made in August 2023. -- the promised call from the office manager made to me after sitting and waiting for her for 25 minutes in December 2023. (Trying to find out just when to expect my promised permanent partials) -- the response from the established "ticket" I was told was put in by the 1-800 customer care line in early January 2024. -- response back from the messages asking for a call back left at the Westminster office many many many times. What I know: --when you first go in, you WILL endure a high-pressured sales pitch. The initial dollar amount will astound you, and the office person will act like it's an awesome deal. -- if there is something on that customer care plan that you did not discuss, ask for, nor receive (such as a $160 toothbrush), you will have to ask to have it removed at least 6 times. - being assured each time that it was done. -- if you call the office, chances are very slim anyone will pick up the phone. This is from my experience attempting to contact the office many times over the past couple of years. --on the off chance that someone does answer, if you have to leave a message, you will not get a return call. -- MY temporary partials fit poorly. I went in for 3 or 4 adjustments. I completely gave up on the uppers, they barely fit in my mouth. I figured by the time I had my last adjustment; I'd just wait for the impressions to be re-done for my permanents. -- it's been just shy of 15 months since I first received my "temporary" partials. I was told I would be fitted for the permanent partials 6 weeks to 2 months later. It took 8 months. -- the hours of operation listed online are not accurate. This location shows as being open until 3 on Fridays, they are walking out and locking the door at noon. Go look. It says 3. Give them a call, or stop by on a Friday, see what happens. -- this review will most likely receive a canned response showing dismay and apologies for the bad experience, with a promise to alert the local team to attend to these issues or that 800 number I already mentioned. Nothing will actually happen. My name is attached to this review, look me up. Fix it. I double dog dare you. -- employees repeatedly scurrying out the back door in order to smoke, while working at a dentist office, is not a good look, nor does it instill confidence. -- the day of oral surgery, my nurse laughed that they had something like 28 surgeries that day. We were truly treated like we were on an assembly line and rushed out the door. I had 13 teeth extracted. Still thinking that was a bit excessive. Though, I will say, the surgeon called me directly that evening after I relayed that I was still bleeding excessively hours later. -- on one more somewhat positive note - the hygienist is quite nice and personable. -- No one wants to feel like the sucker or that they've fallen for being used. I truly feel that way after my experiences here. -- the lack of customer care and service at this location is absolutely shocking. -- I fully expect nothing will actually come of this review, either. It's all a poor smoke and mirrors show.

?????This is the first place that I didn't have an increase in my anxiety coming through the door. So excited to help me, even when I made the appointment 40 minutes before I got there. I was so comfortable with the girls that I interacted with its all very surreal for me. I hate doctors, clinics, dentists, and all that, but I'm completely blown away by the vibe of these people. They're not trying to cheat or overcharge me, and I swear I was in a jam, and they went above and beyond and the end result was absolutely perfect. I'm recommending this business for anyone who wants to have a great experience with a dental place. My name is Dave and I'm very proud to be giving this review. I LOVE this place and if you don't, look inside to find the reason why.?????

Everyone here was so nice. I had an emergency filing and it was fixed and looks great. I was very nervous but every step that was taken was explained before it happened so that I was comfortable. A plan was created for my future needs and I will be taking the recommendation. Wish I came here along time ago. My teeth would have probably been in much better shape than they are now. Thanks to everyone at Aspen Dental. You're Awesome. You saved the day for me and my event

Was worried about my visit here due to some I had read online. Overall I thought my visit went very well, despite the fact I’m terrified of the dentist. They made a game plan for me, and I agreed with all of that. I don’t believe that they tried to upcharge services like I’ve read in some reviews. I basically knew what needed to be done before going in and they basically said what I was expecting. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and thorough. The woman who went over cost and insurance was especially helpful dealing with an insurance issue (not her fault), I forgot to catch her name. Overall I am happy, and will continue coming back. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, and they made me feel comfortable.

Nice office and very friendly staff. I drive over an hour just to go to this office. The staff is wonderful in helping you with your needs. They don't make you feel ashamed if your in real bad shape. I have some anxiety and they made me feel welcomed and ready to start my journey towards my dental health.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and tend to be quite uneasy when I go. However, I found myself with a dental emergency and learned that Aspen Dental accepts my insurance. I called and made an appointment and explained my situation and how uneasy I was. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very comfortable and treated with such compassion! Kelly was so nice. Onika was so patient with me and abated so much of my anxiety, I felt like they’d been my dentist for years. Dr McClennan was also very kind. She explained my options and the expected results of each option so that I could come to my decision with all the information I needed. She explained everything and never made me feel like I had to accept her recommendations. Victoria explained all of the financial parts to me and again I never felt any pressure to make a decision on what/how I wanted to proceed. I left with an appointment the next afternoon to see the oral surgeon. Later Victoria called to say that they had discussed my case with the oral surgeon and that he wanted me to come in early the next morning so that he could spend more time focusing on my case. Dr Kim and his assistant were incredible. They listened to me when I explained my fear and nervousness. He started the procedure and continuously checked with me about how I was doing. He explained each step of the process. I left the office happy that I found them. I am beyond pleased and excited to now have a dentist close to me. Thank you all so very much!!!

So went to Aspen dental for the first time. I was on a quest to find a good honest dentist whose sole intention was not to make money off of me but give me good honest care. I will say the staff and the dentist were very friendly but cost of care was astronomical compared to the other dentist I visited for the exact same reason. This a big corporate dental facility who is focused on profits over care in my opinion.

They were very busy and down a person So my wait time was a little long , however it was worth the wait. I was thrilled when the lady at the desk gave me my bill. Aspen was very reasonably priced. The staff were very nice and efficient. I would Definately return if I need to.

Horrible, worst service ever , I don’t have the highest expectations when going here. I know it’s all about the cash and all they want to do is pull ur teeth an put in dentures , no real treatment plan, With that being said I only went for a prescription for an infection that had my face swollen . The dentist said she would send the script right away so I could go get it . At was at 1030. After numerous calls from me a the pharmacy ( like 7 ) At 630 at night I finally got the script sent. They gave me worse a worse attitude with every call made no attempt to help only defer the blame a make me wait in pain. I will never go back.
