I have verified that my doctors office sent a cpap supply script to anchor not once but twice. They deny receiving either one and was no help at all. I never raised my voice , but I did make a sarcastic remark. I asked to speak to the manager who has yet to call me. I called my Dr's office and talked to a lady who had just talked with anchor and was not happy but the script was delivered. I then called anchor and was told that they don't deal with people like me and have refused my needed medical supplies(I have waited 4 months so I have no reason to be upset). I called the corporate office and was hung up on and no one would answer the return calls. Sorry, but I will go else where.

WOW! I came in here because I work across the hall and thought it would be convenient. The woman working at 5pm on 2/1/2023 was possibly the most miserable human being I have ever had contact with. I cannot even explain how incredibly degrading and unhelpful she was. The lack of empathy and basic human decency was beyond measure. I am truly embarrassed that any Carroll patient may have to potentially interact with this woman.

No return calls made by the pharmacy, despite numerous voice mails left over several days. Rude and unconcerned when I finally reached them. The equipment pick up boy proceeded to bang the metal bed parts against the furniture, lead glass door and the wooden floors during the dismantling and removal process. Also unconcerned and unapologetic about scratches and damage. Would suggest that you use anyone other than Anchor.

Awful experience with Patty Bangs in billing. I told her she was being rude to me during our conversation and it she defended her actions claiming I was rude first??! No — I’m taking care of my mother in assisted living it’s a stressful situation and I need help, not attitude. No wonder they have awful reviews…

Needed a walker for an upcoming knee surgery checked around one of the few that would work with medicare. Faxed in the info called me in a day or two when everything was ready! In and out really fast everyone was super nice and professional! Thank you!

Drove 15 miles one way just to be greeted at the door by a sign that says to continue wearing your mask in a 100% open state. Needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere.

Husband has been leaving voicemails for weeks about equipment ordered by the doctor, he finally was able to stop by ( they are open super inconvenient hours for working adults) and was told they straight up arent answering calls or checking their voicemails. Absolutely insane.

I am in disbelief that the driver came in and took back the medical bed without wearing a mask (and that the babysitter didn’t say anything). I expected this place to be professional dealing with immune compromised and elderly people. I found out later that the driver is working overtime because the other drivers are out sick.

As an employee of the hospital, it is very convenient using this pharmacy. Everyone is always so kind and they get my prescriptions ready fast. Thank you guys!
