Initial visit for CPAP equipment was fine. Since then not so much. Having issues with machine pressure, need updating per Dr. Also need replacement supplies. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls, I leave detailed voicemails. Even emailed the guy who first helped me, no response. Very poor customer service ?

Awful experience with Patty Bangs in billing. I told her she was being rude to me during our conversation and it she defended her actions claiming I was rude first??! No — I’m taking care of my mother in assisted living it’s a stressful situation and I need help, not attitude. No wonder they have awful reviews…
