Not reliable. Do not reccomend if you need to wait for your meds. They "require" 24-72 hrs for refills. The do not answer the phone within a reasonable amount of time. I have had to drive there just to talk to someone.

Once I found where it was located, it was great. Very quick pickup with nice people.

Initial visit for CPAP equipment was fine. Since then not so much. Having issues with machine pressure, need updating per Dr. Also need replacement supplies. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls, I leave detailed voicemails. Even emailed the guy who first helped me, no response. Very poor customer service ?
