Zero stars. Customer service, quality control, all zero stars. My order is typically not right, I have to call about refills, I have to call and see when ready. I called the doctor and got another company that will ship supplied to me for FREE!! no more Anchor!!!

Every time I need CPAP supplies and or have any issues with my CPAP. Anchor respiratory and medical supplies always comes to my rescue and very happy to help.Every time I call someone answers the phone in 2 rings and very pleasant on the phone. I would not go anywhere else.Richard

They are slow and awful on follow up. Were to set up routine delivery ofnauppliesm nope. Called again. Nope. And again. Nope. Now no filters or tbibing, mask etc and I pay insurance still no suppliesINS premiums

No return calls made by the pharmacy, despite numerous voice mails left over several days. Rude and unconcerned when I finally reached them. The equipment pick up boy proceeded to bang the metal bed parts against the furniture, lead glass door and the wooden floors during the dismantling and removal process. Also unconcerned and unapologetic about scratches and damage. Would suggest that you use anyone other than Anchor.

I went there to look at compression stockings. It was a disappointing visit. The sales person gave me no information that was helpful when I asked questions about the display. She really did not want to be bothered with the stockings and seemed to be in a hurry even though I was the only customer. I went to CVS and they were very helpful/knowledgeable. I ended up paying for them myself since CVS could not have Medicare pay for them. It was worth it to have good customer service.

Was given a prescription which needed to be mixed at the pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to do it and suggested I purchase the two items separately myself. They are not customer service oriented. Not sure why they are there at all.

This place refuses to answer the phone when you call. Leaving a voicemail is useless as well as they never return calls. What kind of doctors office doesn’t answer their patients.

This place is a joke, very unprofessional and uncaring. Unfortunately only one in my are for CPAP I am aware of. These guys would win the Super Bowl for screwing up the recipe for ice water every year. If I could bet I would be a rich man

I am a frontline healthcare provider. I was given a script for Jobst stockings and told I needed to be fitted for them; this establishment was recommended. I went directly arriving at 9:15 AM,entered the store to find no other patrons. I told the woman working what I needed, was told they would need to see if my insurance company would cover and I would need an appointment. I informed her I was prepared to pay for the stockings and would appreciate it if I could be measured while there. She said no..I need an appointment which would be any morning. Since I have my own patient load beginning at 7 AM daily, I cannot make thatappointment. I was denied. In the time it took going round and round, she could have measured my calf and sold me the stockings!! WOW.... I went elsewhere...walked in asked for the same thing, got measured and walked out with the stockings. Thanks for nothing Anchor.

Who in God's name would show up to a patient's house with ALS to drop off and instruct on a suction device and cough assist with NO MASK or gloves? Unbelievable. Person Frank should be fired. My sister had to REQUEST appropriate attire be put on.

My Dr. sent in a prescription for a compound medication. This pharmacy could not fill it. Despite the fact I called to make sure they got the prescription I didn’t find out they couldn’t fill it till I called back a day later to check in it as they told me it could take up to three days. Both people I talked to on the phone were nice however, it’s just poor customer service not to let me know they could not fill this.
