While we’re not regular patients here, they were there in our time of need. The staff are kind and helpful, the vets caring and thoughtful. Ultimately we had to make the decision to have our dog put down, which was not expected. Dr. Taylor was delicate about my feelings and was kind enough to provide a comforter for our pup to lay on while I said my good-byes. Knowing that she was comfortable and in good hands made this very heart breaking experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you to all!

We left our last vet because they were rude and rough with our pets (put her on a metal table and had a vet tech held my cat by the scruff of her neck to examine her). To examine my cat, Muddy Creek put her in a soft cat bed and allowed me to hold and pet her during the exam. Dr. Taylor was so informative about the needs of my cat and the proposed procedure. Everyone in the office was super friendly. You can tell they really love our pets!

If I could give 1000 stars I would! I have never had a better, more knowledgeable or more caring vet than Dr. Gray. I repeatedly remind my cat that he has better healthcare than I do!

We brought our 13yo cat in for a rabies titer test and other blood work. He gets very stressed at the vet and taking blood means putting him under-no way to take blood if he can resist at all.
Dr Gray and the staff treated him very well and worked to minimize his stress. In 2 hours they called that he was ready. He was still woozy for most of the day but he gradually got better and better. They called the next morning to check up on him. All is well.
We will definitely go back to Muddy Creek Animal Hospital.

I'm so grateful for Dr .S Talbott. She stops takes the time to answer all my questions, calls me back to check on bailey and makes me feel like she's there for both of us.

We have a precious, in many ways, French Bulldog. Muddy Creek was her first vet. We live almost an hour away, and along with COVID, presented challenges so tried two other nearby vets in the process but neither gave Cali the attention she deserves like Muddy Creek, and especially Dr. Murray, does. Needless to say we continue to make the drive, and it is well worth it!

I can't recommend Dr. Murray and the team here enough! My cat, Zane, is typically very stressed during vet visits and can be VERY difficult to handle. Our previous vet was unwilling to try gabapentin to help calm him before exams and insisted on sedated exams instead. Dr. Murray, however, agreed that gabapentin could help Zane.
It took a few tries with different times and dosages, but overall, the gabapentin has significantly improved Zane's vet visits. Even during emergency visits when the gabapentin doesn't have enough time to kick in, Dr. Murray and her team step in and work their magic to make the experience as stress-free as possible for Zane.
Dr. Murray has always managed to fit us into her schedule whenever Zane has gone a while without eating or drinking. She understands how severe this can be and makes sure to get us in promptly. Additionally, she always offers us multiple options for Zane's care and takes the time to explain why she is recommending each one.
Her patience, understanding, and dedication to finding the best solutions for Zane have made all the difference. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. Murray and team, for everything you do! I wish I could remember the name of all of those who have helped along side Dr. Murray.

I would say this is one of my best experiences with a Veterinary practice. I’m a Disabled Veteran. I have an ADA Service dog, my second since my first passed away.
I don’t expect “special,” but I do expect to be heard and my dog cared for just like I would hope and expect anyone and their dog/pet to be cared for in the same caring and compassionate way.
They never gave me push back or devaluing when I very clearly said anything you do ( immunizations, exam, blood work) you will do in front of me.
They’ve always been responsive and their work as far as my experience and my dogs has been 100%

Friendly staff and I like the vet we had. The cost of medications is steep. Recommend getting the prescriptions filled on line or at Costco

They double and triple book appointments, there are so many animals in the lobby that one cannot sequester their animal in the lobby- which is dangerous with all of the dog respiratory issues going on. Additionally, they don't care about the animals, they crank them in and crank them out. This practice used to be great- not anymore.
