I asked the lady attendant to have a proof of delivery (receiver to sign), and she started yelling at me saying we people come to the store demanding things. This is what post office offer - simple delivery, priority, insurance, proof of receiving the package, etc. for the first time I was disrespected by a usps attendant. For Monday morning morning? I cannot imagine how her week will be.

I've been coming here for years, and the experience is only ever perfect. The lady who works here is the nicest, kindest and most professional worker I've ever experienced at a post office. I only come to this office now for her. Today however, there was another lady I've never seen, and she unfortunately was the nastiest woman I've ever spoken with at a PO. She had an attitude just from my first sentence saying I wanted to ship a package. No reason to be rude and nasty, just cause you can. Get a new career if you don't like the one you work.

This is a small office with only one staff working. She is the professional and friendly who always welcome customers and tries her best to serve. Sometimes she locks the door to get a coffee next door. Please be patient if that happens since she is the only one who hold the position. I wish her the best in this holiday season.

Went in to mail off a package across the country. Ms Kenisha was extremely helpful and friendly - helped me save a bunch of money by recommending a better shipping option. Very quick trip!

I was here to return a package at 8:45 AM on 8/19 when upon entering I had a clerk yell from an unseen location to wait outside until the family who was in the room have left. When they left I walked in only to have the clerk give me a dirty look and shake her head at me. I asked "Is something wrong?" She snapped and began defending herself and, mid-sentence, said "You know what, Sir? Take your package and go." She refused to send it. I can't believe the decision not to send a return is subject to the clerk's discretion, but that's what happened. She is the reason so many people perceive the USPS in such a negative light. Where do they get employees like this one?

We went for my son's passport renewal. Ms Kenisha at the desk was very friendly and patient. The process went through smoothly and very fast.I highly recommend the services offered at this location.

Went for my passport. I was bit nervous, as I went to a different location pre-COVID for my kids' and he was mean and turned down all the pictures for my kids. However, Kenisha as West Friendship USPS was different. She was quick, efficient and the whole process was smooth. AND she was FRIENDLY!!! She was one of the nicest USPS worker I have ever met. Thank you Kenisha for your help!!!!

I have had the best experience at the West Friendship, MD USPS for all my mailing needs. Specifically, Kenisha has been an amazing help to me while I have been going thru the lose of a love one. I couldn't figure out how to proceed moving from one place to the next. Handling my mail, etc. Kenisha was there every step of the way with her kind words, caring smiles and heartfelt words of encouragement. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all her help and time. Thank you Kenisha.
