“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“Mrz. Christine always lends her ear and gives me pep talks, consoling me, encouraging me that I can make it through my dilemma, she’s an Angel, she’s a rose in a sea of thorns, one of the most polite and humble and caring woman that I ever met. I have no biases against anyone, and she’s not biased towards anyone either, because Christine talks to everyone the same like a genuine human person to another genuine human person. I have to for shame these 4 of 1 star reviews because I have a educated guess is that those guests claims are dishonest because I am certain those customers had a higher paying career that could have influenced the 1 star posts, I’m more humble than them, and I have so much empathy, and I am not pompous. Ms. Farrah is so amazing, she likes to help every customer, when I am there with her I like to rotate the other customers first before trading quarters for dollars because they say they’re always low on change, so I remain polite enough to walk again to the back of the line so that I don’t mess with other customers daily errands. I enjoy how patience Mrz. Christine has, and I always notice how nice her earrings look when she wears some. Christine and Reba almost use this one particular line, usually on a customer about to leave to do other stuff, she’s a sweetie.”
“Linda has created a wonderful postal Experience. My Mom and I have known her from going there for decades. Lisbon is the very best post office, thanks to her efforts and service.”

“I don’t have any experience with the delivery they offer, but the actual post office is ran by Linda and Bryan. I’ve interacted with brian once and he was a very personable guy, great conversation and very friendly. Linda is amazing. She’s accepted my packages after close, she’s always kind, and always nice. I enjoy dropping even my envelopes off there because I get to talk to her. Great staff here”

“Twice this week I have not received my packages. I've had to put through two service requests. It pained me to think my Grandmother's hand stitched quilt was lost. The Manager of the Post Office, Bridget really stepped up to the plate. She said she would address all of my concerns and she requested the carrier to go to the house where he delivered the pkg. I was so grateful it was found. Bridget called me to confirm that my package was on my front porch. Thank you Bridget for really getting this situation resolved.”
“I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.”
“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”
“I walked into the post office here at Dobbin and I was met with three lovely ladies and it was Toni K and Shawnee. Oh my goodness I didn’t know where to go and they said well. Come on up here we’ll help you out and I said oh well thank you because I didn’t know where to go and it’s just been laughing and Service the whole time. I’m in here and I’ve been in here about maybe about three minutes now and he scanned my work get me through And so when I have to go back to the post office I’m gonna choose Columbia post office.
