Also replaced a front tractor tire and tube a few years ago. Today installed 255/40R21 tires on my new EV6 GT. Both jobs were done right the first time without a long wait and at very reasonable rates. Kudos!”

“If I could rate Auto Enhancements 6 Stars I def would! I've been getting oil changes, tires, brakes & all maintenance completed by their shop team for the last 22 years, and they have worked on 4 of my cars, all different makes except for my Lexus & Toyota. Even when I dated a mechanic, I still brought my vehicles to this shop! When the Turbo blew out on my AWD Eagle Talon, they rebuilt it and did an immaculate job. When the frame rusted, they gently nudged me to get a newer vehicle for my own safety. I feel safe in my vehicles knowing that all work done on them is to the highest standards, by experienced mechanics. Other shops I've called in a pinch have said they are too busy to help me, which sucks when your car isn't working! Auto Enhancements' team will get you a ride when necessary because they understand you have other responsibilities while your vehicle is with them for service & they will not leave you stranded on a weekday! Do not hesitate to contact them for an honest assessment & estimate for any of your vehicle repair needs. You can also ask about specials, because generally there is at least 1 to select when you are getting other maintenance done anyway. Highly recommend, their customer service is straightforward and professional always. I cannot thank their team enough for the consistent service and value they provide to me as a longtime customer. “I am very pleased with the service I received from beginning to end. I normally take my car to the dealership but decided to take a chance after speaking with the manager at the Lube Center. I called and DJ got me set up bright and early the next day. Upon entering the manager Tom was very professional and kind. He explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and reassured me his team would take care of me. They most surely did!. I left within a couple of hours as promised and got an excellent deal! Special out to Mark for giving my "Bunny" a top to bottom bill of health. “I needed emergency repairs on my car Sunday morning /07/2024. Steering arm on right broke, also needed brakes and rotors. Not only did only did Sergio get right in, he had me out by afternoon. And car is driving great. He also let me know about some other things that will need to be taken care, but, not critical at this point. He was VERY helpful. AND my bill was less than we guesstimated. I will definitely go back there again for more repairs :)”

My father was visiting from out of town and took my husband’s truck up there, and had noticed that my brakes in my Honda CRV were really worn. He asked if it was possible to also replace mine when we returned to pick up the truck. They couldn’t have been any nicer and graciously worked us into their schedule. “I’m being nice ,but it’s taken me since 6:00 this morning to check out. Because of this I can’t pick up my order until tomorrow. I’m not sure what’s going on but something’s messed up. It shouldn’t take 3&1/2 hours to check out. First I was on the app ,then to the web site , & finally went to Facebook & picked a tire sale. Finally got through. Shouldn’t be so hard & long. I know I’m ranting,but because of personal reasons I have trouble getting to the store, this has been a godsend to me. Everyone is so sweet ,but the app is ticking me off. Thank you”
“Amazing experience every time I have used this Pep Boys service center. I was quoted an outrageous amount from a Genesis dealer for new brakes/rotor resurfacing and labor for only my front 2 tires. I attempted to get another quote from the Frederick Hyundai dealer in Frederick, being that Genesis their luxury division of vehicles. I was told they cant even order part, let alone work on my car due to this.
Dorwin at Pep Boys was not only able to order parts, but was able to get them same day and installed at a much better rate than provided by the dealer (not to mention I didn't have to drive to another city). The communication was flawless. I received text messages/calls with updates and the ability to pay via a Mobile Service Pay. I am very much appreciative for their honesty and quality work. RECOMMEND!”
