Great experience at a very difficult time ! Bob, at Walkersville, was the Best! We were exhausted and devastated, and he made us laugh!!! This in itself is amazing. He greeted with a smile and after just hearing a very small piece of our story, he offered his well wishes. We will always remember the way he made us feel! Thank you Bob!!

We are moving overseas for 3 years and needed a climate controlled storage unit. Bob Stephens, the manager at the Walkersville, MD facility assisted us. He went out of his way, showed us some available units, answered the numerous questions we had. Bob was so pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend this facility to others because of Bob!

Bob greeted me at the door as I entered. Notice his polite professionalism as he assisted me with my needs for a storage unit. We went over the different sizes that were available then took me around to units that would be best. Talking with him for a while on left me feeling like he is knowledgeable and willing to help customers with their needs. I appreciated the time he took, gave me a few pointers on storing my boxes. Don’t hesitate if you need a storage unit near Walkersville. Bob will definitely help you out. Thank you for your help.

Got a jump start and reserved my space online, no formal commitment or payment required to reserve. Received a reminder email indicating it was move in day. Email included directions and a full listing of everything I would need to take with me for check in! Arrived to the office and was greeted by friendly, professional staff. The Manager, Bob, was super helpful in getting all paperwork completed, finding my unit and getting my lock on successfully. The facility is easy to find and easy to access. If you are in need of a storage unit, I highly recommend Self Storage Plus in Walkersville.

I have been a customer of Self Storage Plus at Walkersville since May 2019. The facility is extremely clean, I have never seen any vermin or evidence of vermin, and the driveways and interior hallways are always clear. It is a secure location with plenty of security lighting outside and inside the buildings and outside units. I feel safe there because it has high fencing that is like new, security gates that have always worked, surveillance cameras that cover every area outside and inside the buildings. The prices have increased since 2019 but the increases have been reasonable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The other customers that I have met there have been respectful and decent folks.

Management is less than.
I understand the environment we currently live in due to the idiot is terrible. However, raising rates every 3-4 months is unacceptable.
