I have recommended them to others.Jeff and Camille were incredible. Very personable and easy to talk to as well as professional. Camille has 32years experience. Jeff is a delite to met and greet you when you check in. I will definitely go back next year.

Horrible experience here had to correct the lady who completed the taxes multiple times. Paid and picked up my taxes and then got a call a day later from the lady who completed my taxes stating I did not pay and would need to come in immediately even though I had a receipt for my payment and it came out of my bank account. Spoke to manager about it at the local office. Just went through my tax packet, come to find out I have someone else’s business tax information in my packet. Called cooperate and filed a complaint. Also reached out to the person who’s information I had to make them aware. NEVER will use H&R Block again.

Staff seems friendly and knowledgeable but something is amiss with the handling of telephone/virtual appointments. I called the office last year and was given some general guidance on a tax issue over the phone (free of charge). I was impressed with the tax professional's help and knowledge and made a point of scheduling a phone appointment with that same tax professional this year. My appointment was 4 pm on Tues. When I called the office a few minutes after 4 (to confirm who was calling who), I was told the tax professional's prior appointment was running over a bit but that she would call me shortly. By 4:47 pm, I had still not gotten a call so I called back to ask about status and was rescheduled for 11 am, Wed. The tax professional called me about 5:25 pm on Tues, asked some questions about how/where I had submitted documentation ...and confirmed that she would reconnect with me at our rescheduled time of 11 am, Wed. It is now noon on Thurs and I have not yet received a call for my 11 am, Wed appointment nor any kind of follow up/reschedule communication from the office. While I do not doubt the expertise of the tax professional, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow through for my "scheduled" appointment(s). I will likely avoid this office going forward.

Marilee Putt filed my taxes with the wrong banking account number after I gave her the correct number 6 times and she wrote it down. She has failed to follow up or provide info on fixing this issue after I have repeatedly called the office. I was completely ripped off I paid over 400 to file with H&R Block only to recieve BS service. I had to ask Marilee if she was going to ask about any credits as she tried to rush through the process without asking. Whatever you do stay away from her. She says she has been doing this for 20 years but she lacks experience, and proper customer service. If anyone knows how I can get my banking account info fixed please respond.
