How sad I love this store but today I felt treated very badly. I took an item and because I didn't speak English, they gave it to another person. How sad, only a girl who speaks Spanish tried to help me but unfortunately a person who speaks English that I don't know If he is a manager, he gave it to someone other than how sad it is to know that there is racism here. I have been a victim of racism, how sad.

The assistant manager Taylor went above and beyond to help and was so appreciative. It was the end of the day, and I'm sure he was tired. However, we had the best service ever! Best of all, he had an amazing attitude!

when you first walking it smells like bleach and the customer service is really bad because there's like only two people walk in the store and most of the clothing is old people clothing and the toys look like they were from 1980

We went into the Walkersville store and grabbed some items off the Christmas rack which was all marked down to 75% off. But oh no, at checkout these items are marked as electronics instead and therefore they aren’t marked down at all.IMO. False advertising and manager refused to make it right.

I like this store, but every time I come in the overhead music is way too loud and makes for an unenjoyable shopping experience. It's almost unbearable. I don't see why it needs to be a such a high volume.
