“I love this Target because it's clean, and stuff is organized. They are well staffed. Employees are kinda helpful and friendly. They get you in and out quickly. They don't force you to do self check out. Yall know I cringe at that. It's not my job to do your job, Target! I have 0 patience for using a register, and no I have 0 patience to wait to get the check out monitor to help. Here they have registers open at least 3!. Fitting rooms are clean, and organized. I never have to walk in and see a messing room. They do price adjustments if you see something cheaper elsewhere without giving you a hard time. They keep their parking lot clean. I rarely see carts scattered all over.”

“I came into Best Buy at the Frederick location simply looking to see what promotions Best Buy had for the new Samsungs that were released. Prior to coming to Best Buy I went over to the Verizon store and received 0 help!!! No one at the Verizon store decided to acknowledge me so I decided to go to Best Buy hoping for better luck.. as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the man sitting at the front door. I asked him where could I go to get information about the new samsungs that were released- he directed me to the cell phone department. I was met with Rocio who was very patient and kind. She took her time explaining all promotions to me to ensure I got the best deal! Not only did I receive a gift card of $150 for my purchase but a trade in promotion will also be applied to my verizon account for trading in my old phone.. thank you rocio for being so knowledgeable and kind you guys have a star in your store!!!!”

It's clean and employees here are actually polite and speak English well (most other 7-11s I've been to have either rude employees or people that are both rude and barely speak English so it was always a hassle trying to purchase a Powerball ticket from them).This 7-11 even has a lottery machine so you can easily and quickly purchase the Powerball.”

“Everyone has off days. On a whole, I have had mostly very good experiences with this local CVS. The pharmacy is slow, but when you look at the prescription bay, it's filled to the brim, they are very busy. When it is my turn, they are very nice and respectful. I look at the wait time as a teaching moment for patience. Nobody wants to have to wait for anything anymore. Patience and understanding that we are not the only people the world revolves around, needs to be relearned again.”

“We typically find what we are looking for here--both appliance and electronics wise. Today we were looking at TVs and loved the Oled Evo LG TV. The TVs are fantastic. I love the interactive experience you get looking at TVs at Best Buy. Plus, we were able to do side-by-side comparisons of the Bose and Sonos sound bars. The sales reps were knowledgeable about their specific products and gave us some good advice on installation. Seeing the TVs in person really helped--versus just seeing pictures online. This is a product that you really need an in-person, interactive experience for!”
