The store has been closed for 2 days so far. No signage on door stating store is closed, only sign with store hours.

Every time I go to the Walkersville location they are never open, but the store hours clearly state 8:00am-10:00pm on this specific day.

Stopped at Walkersville DG at 11:30am, closed even though sign said open 8 to 10 everyday. Won't go there again.

I love going to DGs in PA for the great discounts off their app (better deals than going to walmart), and nice employees. Went to this location for the first time to show my family that lives in Walkersville how awesome it is. But the employees working there on Oct 12, 2023 at 7pm were unwelcoming, and made it uncomfortable shopping there.

This employee started taking photos of me in the store and kept looking at me uncomfortably. I told my sister in law about it and she as well had similar experiences with him as in he kept peaking at her and asked for her number after she said she had a boyfriend . I talked to a few friends in the neighborhood and MUTIPLE females will not got there annymore because of him !! We have said something and he is still there !

Depending on who's working. So far only 1 person gives problems & issues. Always passive aggressive, could care less if someone has been waiting or in a rush.With that being said....Today[7•10•23] was kewl, employee helped. I misunderstood a sale going on. She explained it+ Gave advice on how to check if I was able to save extra $$.. which i did. Instead of purchasing 2 sodas full price. she got me the 2nd soda for $1 & saved a few ¢ent on my other items.Thanx

I have been coming to this store since they have opened. Loved the store and staff just very welcoming.I have even seen staff changes, but the integrity of the store remained the same. Lately, maybe over the past couple weeks, the overall atmosphere of the store has declined significantly.It's like no one cares anymore. No one greets you when you come in and they don't even speak or barely when you are at the register. No one smiles or engages in conversation. I come to the store at different times, so it isn't just a certain time of day for this type of situation.No music plays and the staff's overall demeanor is depressing.I can honestly say, I have felt happier going to a funeral home at this time than coming to this Dollar General.
