However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the handling of their medication refills. They have found it challenging to coordinate their 90-day refills within the two-week window, as the pharmacy controls the scheduling. Additionally, some customers have not received calls informing them that their prescriptions are ready for pickup. Overall, the majority of customers are highly satisfied with the CVS pharmacy in Walkersville. They praise the exceptional service and care provided by the pharmacist and the entire staff team, who make customers feel valued and attended to. Very dysfunctional. On multiple occasions I have tried to pick up a prescription and the doors are locked because they’re not staying till 1:30 which is what the signs on the door read.

TERRIBLE. You cannot get a person. CVS and CVS Caremark are awful and I hate that my job requires them. I just need to talk to a human and don't have time to go through 93485384 push button options that don't apply to what I need anyway.
