ZERO STARS! Asked if they could patch my tire, even had the guy come look to make sure it could be patched he said yes. Went to pick up paid $30 and the tire was plugged. I could have bought a plug kit for $3 and did myself in 5 minutes! So I wasted my time and money with this place!! Never will I go there for anything again, and I will never recommend anyone there. In fact I will share my story to all so they don't go and they keep the word passing! Very disappointed!

This is by far the best and only shop I recommend. My mom started coming here in the 90's when we moved to Walkersville and her grandchildren now bring there vehicles here for service.This is the only shop I truly trust and look forward working with in the future.They are always looking out for there customers.

Would've liked better pricing on repairs, but overall great service and friendly people. Thankfully it's better than many mechanics with honesty and pricing, but still could be a little more affordable.A big positive is that there's always availability for your car to be looked at the same day or the next day.

They give you the repairs you need to get back on the road and they charge a fair price for it. They don't screw around, they don't play games with you, and they run a fair and honest business. My venerable 2000 Toyota, needed a lot of work. Brownie's got me interior heat in 2021 but they let me know a major decision had to be made. Sure enough, my Avalon retired in 2022...a year after I retired. Fast forward, in May 2023 found a 2014 Hyundai at a great price and utilized Brownie's Pre-Sale check-up. The AC's compressor was bad. I have to pinch myself at how well things went after that. Brownie's exceptional parts/repair service achieved, with the dealer, problem solving to ultimate success. Because the ad for the car stated the AC was good, the dealer was honorable and provided what was needed to Brownie's. That level auto repair expertise is just not common, in my experience--All with good customer service. I'm so pleased.
