Today, my husband encountered a racial incident while grabbing his morning coffee. As he poured his coffee, an employee came from behind the counter and stood behind him, watching. When he asked if she needed help, she rudely replied, "I'm just watching you." At the checkout, he discovered there was a sale on large cups: buy a large coffee, get a free doughnut. Despite having a medium cup, he asked to be charged for a large to get the doughnut, but the employee aggressively stated just take the doughnut and leave. The whole experience felt targeted, especially with numerous other customers present. No one should face such treatment. In my view, this store's quality has declined under new management.

Would not give this place even a 1 star!!! Since the new owners of this place came in on February 7th, 2024 not the same!Went in there today, and the owner of the store was standing by register looking at his phone, no hello how are you nothing. Once got all the items I wanted he still was on his phone, finally I asked which register would you like me at since your on your phone. He was very rude!!!!!!!! Then charges me 1.87 for a cup of ice. I will not be going back to this place. So sad that owners like this is coming in and taking over our stores. I feel sorry for the 1 employee that they kept. So I will give me business to someone else.

This is literally the best 7-eleven I have ever been too. I love the staff, they are always so nice and always make sure to great everyone who walks in the door. Always clean inside as well.

Whoever owns this store, needs to travel around the country to teach other owners how it's done. The attention to detail, the way the staff is trained, the cleanliness, is top notch, 7-11 corporate should be paying you instead of the other way around, you're out here representing their company better then I've ever seen. Serious kudos to you.

Getting cheaper gas by being a member is great and all but the people in this store are AMAZING! Being a local business and having great people to chat with before you start your day is a blessing! Thank you! See you tomorrow!

This ❤️ 7-11 is so clean the staff is so much friendlier. Went in for a fresh vanilla cappuccino and saw pinky white chocolate cappuccino I had to try it . It was so delicious ? I wish the 7-11 on route 15 on Sundays lane. When I went to check ✔️ out she even ask if I wanted a muffin you get them free. And they had French toast and another flavor on route 15 only blueberry muffin they never ask. So much nicer. Please stop by there and try you won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best employees and best 7/11 overall I have visited. Always greeted upon entering, very clean store with consistent stock. It’s honestly super refreshing to shop here. It puts all the other 7/11s to shame!

I've always had great experiences when I stop at this 7-Eleven. I'm promptly greeted by staff even if they aren't at the counter. They are always helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. By default I'm a Sheetz fan but the customer service I've experienced at this 7-Eleven keeps me coming back when I'm in Walkersville.
