At 6:50 in the morning the staff came out to greet us and let us know they will be with us shortly. They were pleasant, customer service top tier! I stopped going to another dealership because of poor customer service.

The manager of this establishment is wonderful. I had a few issues with the service of my vehicle that was unexpected but he made sure that my family and I were taken care of.
Ezekiel also had great customer service. He communicated well even though he had what seemed to be a large client load. There were times when the service took much longer than expected but overall great service.
Our family is also looking to upgrade one of our household vehicles and the customer service of sales representative MJ was great. Anything he didn't know he didn't pretend to to try and make a sale. He always said let me look into that or let me speak with my manager regarding that and get back to you. My son was so impressed by his customer service that my husband stated we will be making our purchase this month.

I had high expectations for this dealership but was let down by a poor desk service experience. Shannon a front desk representative was on a FaceTime call at the end of our service with a friend while she was checking me out of my appointment that is unprofessional and not the time to be on a face time call. Secondly, I came in for a service and my car I purchased brand new from Hyundai 2 years ago. I asked if they could install my license plate on the front of the vehicle they wanted to charge me $83 not for the purchase of the holding plate but just to install the holder in which I had. Shannon said the reason was because the sensors in the front of the vehicle (keep in mind my front bumper is made from hard plastic material). If I buy a new car from such a vast corporation as Hyundai I would expect the least they can do is put the license plate on when you spend so much on a brand new vehicle. I usually have great experiences at Hyundai dealerships but this was below the service experience. This is a customer service based department you should always be willing to take of your customer!

All staff were very professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I would like to also mention that Zahiyan Bryant, Russell, Jackson, and Luis were exceptionally wonderful. We are very happy that we got our car from this dealership and would do it again in the future! Thank you.

The sales manager and salesperson were fantastic—straightforward, with a one-offer deal that I gladly accepted. However, their website needs updating to ensure only in-stock vehicles are listed as available, and they should definitely work on reducing the long wait times for finance to finalize the purchase.
