Although I hate having to go get my car fixed. The service is great. Andra at the front desk is a wonderful person to deal with when having to go through the pain of getting your car fixed. She always takes care of me, and I appreciate that. This is where I take my car when I need a quick fix. They never keep me guessing when I'll get my car back she is on top of everything.

They sold me a lemon, a breakdown occurred at 16k miles, it put our lives in danger, we took it to the dealership, the car is only 1 year and 5 months old since it was purchased new, in the report they say they fixed it, but it keeps giving the same error There are many cases like mine in the forums, I left them many messages, they never answered me, the car was parked in the parking lot for 11 days after what they said they fixed it, I know it from the GPS and the dashcams, they charged me for the loaner Despite it being a new car and under warranty, the mechanics are not trained, they gave me the car dirty and with the tow bolt in place, now talking to lawyers to exercise the lemon law, unpresentable in my case.

The car service was excellent. The customer service not so much. I was there for more than 3 hours which is not the complaint. They have this lovely waiting area with 4 tvs. It was Thursday the 1st day of March Madness and they didn't have any games on. No one was watching the TVs because they had a western, a 1970 game show channel, Fox and ESPN (no games just analysis) on. I asked 4 times if they could turn one TV to the games....they literally refused. "They didn't have the remote". Seriously just absolute foolishness. For a period of time I was the only one in the waiting area....still wouldn't change the channel. I learned the service area is in charge of the TVs during the day a sales floor manager asked them to turn the channel for me and they told him "No". Not that they didn't have the remote, just NO they would not accommodate their customer. Before you ask...they were all African Americans ??. I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on. I live in Prince George's county and wanted to do business in the county.... Waldorf here I come. It's truly a shame.

I would NOT recommend any of the Pohanka dealerships. They do NOT respect a person's privacy! Multiple phone calls and text for someone named "Elwood". Rude salespeople!

After purchasing my last vehicle, there were some hiccups, but Pohanka of Salisbury CDJR came through with flying colors. Thanks again to Gus Koumbanios for all his time making the sales experience worth while!
