Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.
At the German Service Center, Biz, the owner and manager, personally ensured that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Biz is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, fast, and most importantly, personable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence in their abilities and their commitment to fair pricing.
The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak. The bodywork was equally impressive; the attention to detail was impeccable, and the car looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. The paint match was perfect, and there isn't a single trace of the previous damage.
Throughout the process, the communication from the German Service Center was excellent. They kept me updated on the progress and were always available to answer any questions I had. The customer service was top-notch, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

She is an Asian Sistah with Asian & Latino employees doing 'beyond professional work'. One of my neighbors referred me to her and no regrets. This is a 'hidden gem' as it can not be seen from Branch Avenue. The entrance is on the Service Road. If you are not close to Clinton, this company is worth the drive. This business is accepted by insurance, however if you choose to pay out of pocket they are very reasonable. Yes she has done multiple vehicles for us.
