Every time I am in this store the ladies provide me way above what you would call “Customer Service”. They do everything they can to go above and beyond to help me! Regina, LaAna and Anissa are the best at what they do!!! My husband says he will never go anywhere else because of the exceptional service they provide!

Zales salesperson Sabrina - was right on time with all the explanations - in helping me with my Diamond stud selection and experience. She explained everything and made it easy for me, as I knew absolutely nothing about Lab vs Natural creations. A Great Experience.

I love zales. I have shopped at various zales since I was 18. I only like real gold, not gold over something ,not something else filled with gold overlay. Last February/March I bought something that was supposed to be real gold and its already changing color. I'm leaving 2 stars bc the people were really nice, but in wondering why my real gold ring is changing colors

Regina was awesome!!! Buying an engagement ring is an intense time in a man's life, and can be on the verge of stressful actually. From the time I spoke to Regina on the phone until the time I walked out with the perfect engagement ring, Regina guided me every step of the way. During our first conversation, I gave her a general idea of what kind of ring I was looking for, so by the time I came into the store she narrowed it down to two choices that perfectly met the requirements that my fiance related to me. She even made the financing process simple and seamless. Thank you Regina! And by the way she said yes at the highest point of the National Harbor ferris wheel. ❤️?
