Just moved to the area about 6 months ago. Very disappointed with the service. The cost for alterations are quite high but the alterations weren't up to par. Requested stain removal from a dress, the dress was supposedly dry cleaned but the stain remained. Upon arriving home I sprayed the stain with peroxide and it immediately disappeared. So much for the "dry cleaning and stain removal" service!! Time to find a more reliable cleaning and alteration service.

I gave it two stars instead of one because it's close to my home. That being said, the customer service is pretty bad because the people that run it don't speak English very well. It makes it difficult to inquire about things over the phone. It is very EXPENSIVE here. They have started to give a discount but the prices were so inflated that it really didn't make a difference. Also I found out that they don't do the dry cleaning onsite. They send your clothes out to another location which I thought was strange. If anyone has found a more affordable place PLEASE let me know

Don't waste your time or money here!!! Dry cleaning and alteration services are expensive and you absolutely do not get what you pay for with this cleaners. I took five dresses to be altered and one included stain removal. The stain removal never took place and I was told the stain wasn't removable. However, when I got home I removed the stain myself in a matter of 30 seconds. So much for the stain removal services! The alterations were quite mediocre and one of the alterations was altogether botched. I left the botched dress to get repaired and upon pickup noticed that not much had been done to rectify the issue. Upon request that the botched alteration be repaired again I was told it would take 2 weeks. That was unsatisfactory considering I had already left the dress there for 1 1/2 weeks during the first two rounds and planned to wear the dress on vacation in just a few days. When I suggested that my payment for that alteration be refunded, the owner "Mama" laughed as if it was funny and refused to make the situation right.

Wowzers!!! $10.95 to dry clean a dress?! I can buy a new dress after 2-3 services!!! No thank you, I'll pass... I'll continue my search for a decent/reasonable dry cleaner.
