If you aren’t here to sign up for cell phone, service, don’t bother. They give below subpar service to Xfinity home Internet, and cable service clients. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to return equipment and they did not have the equipment that I needed for my home. It doesn’t make sense that you all don’t carry Wi-Fi enabled cable boxes in store when you know that all clients home cannot be wired. And then to tell me I have to wait almost 2 weeks to get one or pay $40 for expedited shipping is ridiculous. Then an employee told me that I’m taking business from them because I downgraded my service since the equipment is not available maybe I should just take my business to Verizon

I almost didn't go to this store due to older reviews. Fast helpful and friendly. Nice store front and location. Ignore older reviews.

Dont go here. Not and authorized Xfinity branch. Went to ask questions about transferring sevice. They closed my account completely. Had to go to Alexandria, VA, to fix it.

The customer service is horrible. I literally watch the manager do nothing while multiple customers waiting for service.

Our router got taken out with the recent thunder storm and we needed to replace it. The service was fast, friendly, and we even got upgraded to a faster router for the same price as our old one. ¡Gracias!

Customer service at this store is way below and subpar. I have been here 3 separate times and it's worse every time. Go to another store if you need service.

Went in to get a new service and the lady (pink hair) that I spoke to was very rude. She demanded I show her a proof that I own my house in order to give me any type of information since recent owners had debt. She was very unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me.I had to talk to another employee at the store that was able to assist me without giving me any attitude and actually give me the information I need.

You always wait extra long to get any assistance that's on the phone on person and XFinity is just too expensive they charge an arm and a leg like we're in a recession here

Truly the most unprofessional location I have had the displeasure of visiting. Went in to return a modem on May 17th 2023 around 17:15, no greeting at all. I had to ask another customer what to do. I sat down for about 25 mins...... nothing from anyone. A group of people walked in that was clearly known by the staff within the store. They received all the attention as I sat there. I waited another 10 mins and left with the modem still in hand. We just moved to Brandywine but I'll take the drive to visit a less ghetto location. Do better Xfinity....wonder why so many of your customers are heading to Verizon.

Excellent service we received from one of the Tech’s Perry. His Manager was excellent as well. Service with a smile and we had everything we needed when we left. I highly recommend anyone looking to switch to Xfinity to come to see anyone there and you’ll receive the same service. ❤️❤️

Very bad customer service, the manager will not even give me her name to make a complaint. The store associate were also very rude. No communication between Xfinity customer service and the store. None of the store associate were wearing a name tag to identify who they are. Xfinity and Comcast really needs to examine how this store is run because it's projecting a very bad image on the company.

Extremely slow. Waited 30 min for a 2 min transaction. Voiced my concerns, rep Malik was rude. I no longer use Xfinity.
