Got there at 10am out by 10:06, returned 2 different sets of equipment for myself and my daughter. Young man name Tyler was great, very polite young man. Explained everything gave me receipts and out the door I went! Kudos to Tyle ?

Overwhelming incompetence! I started service with them in orders to lower my bills with the competitor and since then it’s been nothing but problem after problem they don’t have solutions for. To make matters worse after being served in store I had to deal with an online agent to get everything straight and I’m still having problems.

Edit; Still being left with half the house not having wifi connection. Very unprofessional company and customer service.
Terrible company. Had to drill holes for their technicians to just run a 20foot cable line cause he "ain't going to climb a ladder or go in crawlspace." Internet is much worse than before and call center told us it was as good as it would get. Half our house has no internet and after many years of terrible exouerence with this company it somehow was reached even lower in service.

Tyler was excellent in his service to me. I am not an easy person to deal with but he was professional and very pleasant to work with. I have been here on several occasions and I only deal with him Tyler that reason. He informs me on all the new devices that are out and works deligently on making sure I am well informed.

Today on 7/16 I was at the Xfinity store in Waldorf JaNae was very patient and professional and knowledgeable and respectful my experience with her was great she deserves a promotion if I had a business of my own I would want her to work for me based off of her customer service

These individuals know absolutely nothing. Avoid Comcast all together if you can. The manager Xavier and his staff are a useless group of individuals who will waste your time and give you the run around. We canceled our cable and turned in our cable boxes to them, they said they updated the bill but wouldn't give us a breakdown of the new bill before we approved. We received the updated bill only to show the staff did absolutely nothing and we're still getting billed for cable.
