Driver of one of these literally tried to purposefully back into my car, despite multiple people honking their cars and shouting. Mover threw packaging all over the apartment lawn, never threw it away.

I needed to find a company last minute, and while they weren’t sure they’d be able to move me in less than a week, Andrew W. went out of his way to figure out a way to make it happen! He was very kind, extremely patient, and he went above and beyond to meet my needs. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service and fair pricing, this is the company for you! Ran into a former JK Mover name Twan he has dreads and Wear glasses he told me that he is working with y'all and I'm telling y'all please keep him he is very good strong quick as hell and very professional when is time for me to move again I want y'all company and I want him on the team he shows leadership and he is never afraid to take on a challenge when it comes to furniture the man has skills

The manager Steve was very rude and he hung up on my sister who's 61 years old and she was trying to explain how they messed the delivery order up which caused her to not be moved. The worst customer service ever!!! Stay away from this place!!!

They are the worst. Do yourself a favor and runnnn far far away from them. They grossly underestimate the job just so they can get your business. Then they send slowwwww workers to your house who purposely take foreverrrr to finish the job just so they can overcharge you. They sent a tiny azz truck to move a 3000sq ft home. Then they left behind my whole kitchen cabinet contents with silverware drawer, cooking utensils drawer, all my pots and pans, bowls and storage containers. They truly suck!!!

Overall Worldwide provided great service and I was pleased. The star of this company is Jeff Rockenbaugh, who assisted me in arranging my move. He was extremely patience, kind and very professional and I appreciated his service. Another person in this company who was very helpful and kind was Steve Frazier. Excellent service from this gentlemen.

The movers were very professional. They were fast and took good care of my belongings. Nothing was damaged and the whole process too much less time than expected. Was contracted through the Air Force and probably the most incompetent moving service I've witnessed to date. I emailed them a new phone number (with my original email) at 5 am saying that my phone was stolen and use this phone number or reply via email. Additionally, I found out this number was already on file with them(my wife's number).
Not only did they not call me, they didn't email me until 12pm saying that they have been waiting at a STORAGE UNIT since 10 am without making any contact for coodination and are now leaving. They then are trying their hardest to push blame on me for their lack of competence. We spent the entire day trying to reach anyone and finally when we do they said they can't move our stuff on the date we originally planned on or the day after. Not only did they completely waste my time, they are also creating a logistical nightmare having to coordinate getting another company to move our stuff and have the air force approve it. We had everything already packed and waiting in a storage unit to make it even easier for them and they couldn't even tell us when they were coming.
For the safety of your items and peace of mind, I HIGHLY discourage using this company if you can avoid it at all costs.
