“Went yesterday with my mom to find a dress last minute for an event. She wanted to try the dress in a size bigger but it wasn’t any at this location. I walked around looking for any associate and didn’t see any. Went to Jewelry and met Vanessa. Asked her if she could call someone to assist me? She actually just assisted me herself. She looked in the system and even called other locations to see if they had the dress. I appreciate her customer service and her willingness to help. Especially while having a smile the whole time. It’s hard to come across people who provide that level of customer service these days.”
“I have to give a shout out to Antoinette! She was sooooo amazing, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We called to inquire about a specific shoe we saw online to see if they had them in-store. She was very accommodating by checking around at others stores as well. We also came to the store to look at the shoes to see if they would be a good fit. Antoinette's attentiveness made this shopping experience such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Other plus factors: clean and neat store, clothing was well organized and easy to find in various sections.”

“I visited this store the day before Thanksgiving to make a return and although the selection is sub par, I will say that the customer service has improved the past few months. I wanted to leave a review because I was impressed by Lavar’s efforts & patience. He not only assisted his colleagues at the checkout counter, he also helped with the removal of sensors from customers purchases who were ringing at the door, Simultaneously. It seemed that he was training them as well, I’ve worked retail before so I know it can be a lot especially during the holidays and prestocking for BF, but he never loss his patience or superior level of customer service. However, this store needs serious help with their clothing selection.”

“I just wanted to say thank you to Asya and the ladies at Clothes Mentor in Waldorf. I dropped off 6 bags full of clothes, shoes, and handbags for them to take a look and give me a quote.They were able to take about 3 bags of my stuff and offer me a very decent and reasonable offer. The stuff they didn't take was stuff that was out of season or simply they had too much inventory of.My experience with the staff and this place was great!!! I can't complain about anything. They were very professional and responsible and respectful and fair.I will definitely be back as a buyer and also to cosign some more things!!!”

“This store is pretty good. The employees I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. Picking up my online order was really easy as well as making a return from an online order. I mostly come here looking for clothes but I think I'll take a look at the other merchandise next time I go. However, they could have a better selection of dressy shoes and plus size clothes and the clearance racks could be more organized.”
