They lie about their pick up times. They will say it’s ready, and once you go there they will make you wait another day. They don’t even bother to clean your car after the repair, very unprofessional. I regret choosing them as the repair company to fix my car after my accident. 0 starts, would not recommend to anyone.

Very customer friendly shop. I had some minor work done to my BMW. Otis had me in and out of the shop. Most importantly the prices were respectable. I will be taking my other vehicle here for repairs.

I gave Otis and his team 3 stars mainly because of the staff he has assembled. Everyone has a smile on their face and is willing to help. This however comes at a price. So we had an on the road emergency while on a road trip from Florida up north. I personally wanted to stop at the Waldorf Chevy dealership as I had a suspicion of what the issue was. My wife however had a different spin based on incorrect information given to her by her son who is not a mechanic. We opted to get a tuneup here based on that information. The tune up did not fix the issue which turned up to be a transmission issue. The problem I had with all this was the price we were charged. The price for a tune up by a Chevy dealer for a 4 cylinder tune up is $388. Including all parts. It also takes around 30 to 45 minutes. At Whilby’s it took about 20 minutes. The labor alone at Whilby’s was 250. For 20 minutes of work. The total we spent was $740. For a 4 cylinder tune up. See attached. In retrospect we should have went to the dealership in our case. Otis is a kind and patient man and very spiritual. I just wish he would transfer some of that in his profit margin.

Took my college daughters car to this establishment to get some out of pocket expenses fixed from accident. I shared with Otis my price range and the exact details of what needed to be done (not wanted to get done). Very professional and exceeded my expectations. As a female, I used to feel mechanic shops took advantage of that but NOT AT THIS place. I am a new customer and will send more business their way. The entire team at the shop are very professional and thorough! Thank yal!

Whilby;s Auto Collision is a 1st Class Service and Repair shop. I had an out-of-pocket expense to my vehicle and Otis and his team fixed and repaired my vehicle to about as perfect to be expected. Still dealing with some details to be corrected and they are being worked out. To Otis and his team are to be commended for wonderful work and attention to detail!

These people are con-artists and if you are a woman they will go up every single week on the price! Ny daughter's car batter is dead. she has no gas in the car and it sat there for over a month.My daughter was not pleased you are a liar and a con-artist. She called me at work on Friday to tell me all about how her car still needs service. She will be posting her review with pictures as well.
