Please pay attention to the amount of money the teller deposits into your account. This is the second time I went through the drivethrough to make a deposit and the teller verbally told me one amount bit put a different amount into my account. I do not have my receipt from the first encounter do I cannot provide a name. Yestetday I went through the drive through tody before closing, I counted my deposit of 730 in cash, sent it in the tube to a teller named Katherine who confirmed and said does 730 sound correct, I said yes. I drive off but then something told me to look at my receipt. When I liked at it it said 653, I mace a uturn and went rough to the same window. I explained that I just did a deposit and the amount was incorrect off by 77.00. I even noticed that the denominations on the receipt were incorrect. A 50.00 bill was missing a few 10's and the single 1's were off. After about 10 min another lady came to the window and told me 50 bucks was found in the money machine, she said it wasn't a 50.00 Bill it amounted to 50, I tried to explain that I know I counted 730 not 703 and a 50.00 Bill was included in my deposit. She said she counted down the drawer (how she do it that fast, in less than 5min) and only 50 bucks was found in the machine. Which i know is a lie. I was a bank teller for 5 yrs back in my 20's so I know the money counter will beep or make a stagnant noise when money is stuck in it. Im 15 years older so I know technology had improved these machines. They aint fooling me, they in they're stealing people hard earned money and an investigation needs to be done. #runthetapeback #bankyellersstealing #managersnotdoingtheirjobs

If I could give 0 stars service I would. I received a paper check as I was switching over my direct deposit. Instead of just cashing it and depositing into my normal bank I opened an account. Now days later, funds "available" I am denied withdrawing the money that is mine.

HORRIBLE!!! 20 people in line with one 2 tellers. ATM was not working. Stood in line for 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t do what I needed to have done because there was no banker working that day. What bank doesn’t have a banker working! Totally unacceptable! Wanted me to come back during the week. I will no longer be banking with Wells Fargo!

This branch is not operating for walk in and the drive up lanes are never all open when there is long lines. Completely wasting customer time to avoid having enough tellers. May close all 4 of my accounts business and personal if they don't get this sorted out and reopen the La plata branch as well. Been in land (currently) for 45 minutes and still 3 vehicles back.

I will be closing my account, I've tried to brush a lot of things but I can't deal. I made an appointment because I needed a new debit card for my account. Ms. Laura went ahead and stated just wait for in the mail and cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Now my bills are behind because I have to wait for my card.
