they mess up food orders and when you bring it to there attention they get upset. the general manager is very unprofessional and the store is very unclean from the outside, bathrooms, and inside the store. this is very sad

This Wawa consistently messes up orders. I’ve ordered club sandwiches multiple times and it’s always something missing or some thing added that shouldn’t be. This is an inconvenience as the customer always has to travel back to the store. Additionally, I returned my sandwich because it was missing the lettuce that I in fact ordered, only for the associate to add lettuce to it instead of trashing it and making it fresh. Smh

Listen nobody loves a good laugh more than me! But i would love to be able to come into this store once JUST ONCE and not have to hear the short light skinned chubby deli manager and loud ms netta over here makin the shakes screaming and yelling there entirely unprofessional conversation across the store! This is literally an everyday their there there! Soooo annoying! Pls calm down and be professional AT WORK??

I purchased a lottery ticket and won $200. The cashier told me that he couldn't cash it, because they only cash out for $150. I was not satisfied with this. A big store that sells lottery tickets are supposed to cash out up to $500.00. I was clearly informed that this store only cashed out no matter what for the maximum amount of $150. I will also be contacting the lottery board in reference to this matter. Don't sell lottery tickets, if you don't want to follow the rules. If someone hits for a large amount your store profits. Is that fare?

If I can give them 0 stars I would their overnight crew is terrible with online orders I put in a order on Uber eats waited for 2 hours and couldn't cancel because they would still took my money and I'm at work so I couldn't get it myself just ruined my whole shift

I charge my Tesla at this location everyday and everytime I step in the bathroom it’s absolutely discussing. It’s the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. And when I spoke to the general manager (I don’t know her name, but she is light skinned with glasses, mid 40’s) she caught an attitude and said “We’ll someone must have just used it because we just cleaned it. (All lies) The video and photos are from different days. ??♂️Someone from corporate really needs to step in and do something. Ive charge at Wawa’s all over the Dmv area and this one by far has the worst cleanliness issues. Sheesh
