I scheduled an appt for a recall. My appt was at 0730. I was told it would take 1-1/2 hrs so I waited. In fact, it took 1-1/2 hrs for them to do an inspection (MPI) which I wasn't there for before they started work on the recall repair. In all I waited over 2-1/2 hrs. There answer was that they always do this inspection. My answer is that it should be my choice whether I want to waste time on something that I didn't request. Toyota needs to make this a question when an appt is made and quit wasting everyone's time.

This was my first time coming to Toyota at Waldorf. I gave my experience 3 stars because I didn't like the fact that they wouldn't give me a direct answer when I asked how much a basic oil change ONLY would cost. First he told me 150.00 and said the price for oil changes constantly changes and he wouldn't know until after they looked at my car. I told him that I was told it was 90.00 and then he changed his answer and said it would be about 120.00 now. After my car was looked at I get a call with all these super expensive things that I was told was needed for my car totaling to over 1,000. Most were things that I could get done for WAY cheaper somewhere else. Toyota as we all know over charges. I told him that I was ONLY getting an oil change and how much was that only? Then he tells me it's around 80.00. (Why couldn't he just tell me that from the beginning)? I gave 3 starts because I was pleased with the shuttle ride, the driver was very nice, but customer service was a bit deceiving with the prices, trying to scare you into thinking if you don't pay their expensive prices your car will have problems. Also, with being deceiving with the oil change prices and not giving a direct answer. You know how much your oil changes are. SMH.

Ms. Nyk Scott, in Used Cars, was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. She was able to get me in and out, in under an hour! I was very impressed with her service!
