Terrible Experience- bought new tires and were having them mounted while removing the old tire weights they used a screwdriver and gouged cuts into my black rims. Also didn’t have black wheel weights and left glue stuck to rim from previous weights when this was addressed with the owner multiple times he had an I don’t care and oh well attitude.
If you have after market wheels and tires or even factory ones you want to keep nice stay away from this business

I've utilized Waldorf Tire Pros services for several of my vehicles over the last year and have always been pleased with their thorough work. Their prices are upfront and reasonable and there is never an upsell, like a dealership service department. Over this past year or more, I've watched how the owner; his front desk crew and some of his mechanics interacts with walk in and over the phone customers and it's always been yes sir, yes ma'am and nothing but positive interaction. Thank you again guys!

This is the 2nd time that I used Waldorf Tire Pros. My estimate came the same day that I dropped off my truck. The work was done in a timely manner with no issues. I will be back again because of the service and the workmanship.

I utilized this Center because it is closer to home. When I brought my car for service, I told James that my car is overheating , I mentioned about the thermostant and they didn’t bother running a diagnostic to find the Real cause of overheating inatras they replacement the thetmostant and it cost me $400 plus dollars. A few daya later the car start overheating again and the gauge all the way to red. I called the Center and spike with James and he advise me to just Addna Coolant and it should be okay. But it is not okay the problem persist. He told me to bring the car in. A day later he said that they replacement the thermostant sensor and that cost me another $297 dollars. Do not bring your car here. They will ripped you off.

Don't use this shop
Counter reps are rude. I called to question why my tire pressure wasn't checked.James stated tech put it 35 which was where my left front tire was but the shop didn't realize I have a gauge for tire pressure. It was at 33 all other tires were 39.when I told counter two that he hung up on me. They also said tire would be an almost match even though it was a different brand, again wrong it doesn't even come closer to the tread depth or style of the others. Total rip off

Overall GREAT customer service! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They were able to fit me in right away and I had my vehicle back the same day. I've been here twice, they replaced my tire sensors, oil change, and brake and rotor replacement. They're always very reasonable, I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and I trust their suggestions/recommendations. I will definitely be a returning customer.

New to the DMV,I had an appointment at another place to get vehicle inspected. Showed up, they didn't have me in their system and oh by the way the inspection guy's not here today.
Called around trying to find someone and Waldorf Tire Pros answered, got me in right away, answered my questions.
They were friendly, fast, helpful. I don't need any other service now, but I know where I'll come when I do.

They are called Waldorf Tire Pros for a reason. I took my car into have an alignment and oil. As I typically take my car to them to put on tires. They did it in a great reasonable time. Thank you for the work you did on my car.

I came in to Waldorf Tire Pros to change out a tire to a new rim for my spare tire. James got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Awesome job...as always!! Thank you!
