I am looking to purchase from a Honda dealer and was thinking about Waldorf. The photo of the damages on the red car and the response convince me that I should not. Blessings to the person this happened to.

I am praying for Ms Donna for a full recovery, she is truly missed by me.

Stopped in just to look after going to many other dealers in the surrounding area. Walford honda by far should have been my first stop. Jacob Parr was my sales rep. He cam out in the sweltering heat and took the time to search for the ideal car for my daughter's budget. Jacob and his team of managers and financial specialists gave the best customer service. I have always been a honda guy. Customer service and amazing deals like this is exactly why I will keep coming back. I want to also give a major thanks to Ms. Stormy and Ms. Shanice Nurse on the financial side for an amazing experience. Thanks again!!!!!

UPDATE:
Where do I start.. I received a letter from the mva that my address has been changed. Call them to find out that the dealership gave them the wrong information. Which is insane because my ID was scanned and address verified. Not sure how that happened.
Next, 6-7 weeks after my purchase I started getting credit alerts. Someone has stole my identity used it to buy not 1 but 2 cars in my name from a Honda dealership in Texas. They (the TX dealership) provided me with the ID they used and it’s almost identical to the scanned copy of my ID I used at this dealership to purchase my vehicle. I’m not sure if this dealership has had a security breach but my lawyer & the police will definitely get to the bottom of it. Please check your credit report if you’ve been here recently.
My experience at this Honda dealership was ok. I say that because I had to come back to purchase my CRV because the person who told me my original OTD price was not there. I was extremely frustrated because not only did I have a text with the price I also seen it written down on a paper that the financial advisor was holding. Yet she continued to tell me that she doesn’t know where he came up with that price, she’s been there for years (6 I believe) there is no way she can make that deal. Take in mind I’ve already been there for 2.5 hours. The absolute best part about this whole experience even with the back and forth was London the sales man. He was funny easy going and just an absolute joy to work with. The only thing I wish they would’ve thrown in the deal for my inconvenience was weather mats.Only because the.way I had to go back and forth with Stormy about a price we both seen was so unnecessary and insane. Oh and Chris another manager and the financial person at the end (can’t remember her name) was amazing as well.

We bought a 2025 Honda Pilot Trailsport from Honda a week ago and the experience was great as always. Anthony Davenport was an amazing sales rep who didn’t try to push us. He was knowledgeable and caring and made the experience great! We plan on coming back in a couple years for our next purchase.

I purchased a vehicle from Waldorf Honda recently and I want to give a major shout out to Mr. Randy Flowers, Sales Professional. Randy was kind, patient, attentive (he listed to my vehicle purchase criteria), and professional. He made the experience pleasurable and pleasant. During the test drive, we engaged in a robust conversation about a lot of things, laughing and chatting. Purchasing a vehicle from Waldorf Honda was a positive experience and I'm appreciative to Mr. Flowers for his exceptional customer service.

I had a wonderfully smooth experience at Waldorf Honda on a Sunday of all days! I've heard great things about Honda cars and wanted to give them a try as my next vehicle. As soon as I hit the door, I was greeted by Mr. Dancillo Q. Grier. I really appreciate that he did not pressure me to get any particular type of vehicle and wanted me to find something I like and that was within my requirements, which is different then what is often experienced at most dealerships. The finance process with Preston was smooth as well, and I was free to ask questions without judgment. I also appreciate that they are a one stop shop as far as being able to get your car serviced. Only knocked off a star because the pre-owned car itself had some cosmetic issues on the inside which they cleaned up for the most part and said I could come back and get cleaned further and it was missing the operation manual (which they said they would have for me to pick up at a later date). Other than that would recommend!

My experience at Waldorf Honda was one of a kind!! Jamar Epps was truly amazing. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, informative, attentive and determined. He made sure he asked all the right questions and listened to everything we said and followed through with getting us not only what we needed but also what we wanted! Waldorf Honda you have a great salesman on your hands!!! The lady in the finance department was so sweet and helpful as well. This location was clean and everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend this dealer to any and everyone who is looking for not only a good car but an even better and extraordinary experience. Thank You Waldorf Honda!!
