Run from this place. My parents bought a vehicle from here and they took them. Car was a lemon and the sales man (Tony) lied to them, he promised to have a part replaced for them after he got the ok. So he makes the appt for them to get it replaced and after that they refused and said that they didn't say that. Then they got an extended warranty and they wouldn't cover it.

First of all the salesman was rude and unprofessional and I bought a 2018 Tacoma truck and in two months after my purchase I was driving on my way to work the whole front suspension broke and cost me almost 6k to fix it and when I call them Mr. Badman who represent them and his last name fits his attitude ignored my phone calls and did not respond at all. I recommend anywhere, but this place to do business. Very unprofessional bunch rude people and they are not honest at all . I will run away from this place. Never do any business with these people. They just sold a lemon and do not trust these people at all.The causes of shocks and suspensions failure were due to faulty installation and cheap after Mark parts” priority Toyota dealership of Alexandria “.

Had the best experience today! and left with my dream suv!! thank you so so much for everyone at the dealership. everyone is so friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions and concerns, they did all they could to get me into what I wanted and could afford. I purchased a 2019 Ford F250 from Waldorf Ford and upon my first hand wash I noticed the passenger side mirror was scraped and slightly pulled apart I brung the truck back within 14 days of buy the truck to have this corrected and I was told this was my issue and nothing was done and not to mention i have pictures of the truck before I purchased the truck and the mirror is damaged in the pic
